Chase Suite Hotel Dublin

the hotel was located in a quiet area near our event. room is clean and pleasant, however, it could use some updating. the bathroom is old and worn and most of the furniture is old. they do well with the old furniture and baths, and the staff was pleasant.

If wi-fi and a decent continental breakfast are important to you, don't stay here. W-fi signal was only good from the lobby and to about half-way to the rear of the complex. From there back, very poor to non-existent. The breakfast was highly disappointing, had to wait 15 minutes on coffee, food selection was very limited, quality was terrible, and staff seemed frustrated being there. Nothing stood out as being even mid-level quality, overall stay was disappointing.

It was ok. The outside could've used some maintenance, like removal of rust on railings. Bathroom could also use some remodeling. The tub had chips in the ceramic and the paint was chipping off the walls. Overall, not a bad room for a one night stay.

Hotel is aged but comfortable. Outside needs paint.

I have stayed in Chase Suites in other cities and they are all excellent places to stay. Comfortable suites, lots of room and extremely helpful staff.

We were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Columbus. We had a full kitchen, a sitting room and separate bedroom with bathroom. My favorite thing about this hotel is that they have a no party policy! That means no hordes of drunk teenagers running around screaming at 2a.m. Just sweet, quite rest! Worth every penny!
