Pros: Indoor pool and hot tub.
Cons: Everything - all a little run down and old.
Location: Fine.
Quick trip with my Granddaughter to the American Girl Store.

Hotel was so so

Pros: went with a cheaper price, I should of paid more to get a better hotel.
Cons: a lot, was charged another $23.50 on card when I returned home.why?
Location: bad part of town on 161 in Columbus.
The hotel was rather run down, had a few cars get broke into overnight, the beds were very hard, hard to get extra towels we needed they seemed to out alot. bad water pressure, complimentary breakfast and pool was good. overall you pay for what you get.

Terrible Hotel.

Pros: Absolutely Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Not a whole lot to do except strip-malls and plenty of restaurants.
On check-in, we had to wait in an empty Lobby for 20 minutes Before a front-desk clerk showed up and checked us in. The room should Never have been rented and should have been taken Under Repair. The Handicap assisting railings in the bathroom were broken. There was no fridge, coffee-maker or microwave in the room (although I was promised that these items would be in the room). The staff brought a dirty fridge and microwave oven to the room after about 6 hours. Coffee-maker was never provided during the entire stay.

The breakfast buffet was so dirty minded did eat there. The microwave in my room was probably literally from the 1980s, and the TV the 1990s. In room coffee maker not functional beds were not only uncomfortable but obviously old.

Eh.... would not stay again

The hotel needs updated badly. There was wallpaper coming off the walls in our room, the tub clogged unless you pulled out the stopper all the way, nothing worked correctly. The breakfast was cold the first day we were there. The housekeepers did not replace any of our dirty towels/wash rags or any coffee we used in our room. The comforters on the beds had cigarette burn holes on them and the beds were not comfortable. The pillows were the size of small throw pillows and it just seemed to be run down and dirty.

Not really what I was expecting

Pros: Contenential breakfast seemed good.
Cons: Needs updated rooms.
Location: A few restaurants nearby and easy accss to I71 to get to anywhere in columbus.
First room was not cleaned from night before, second room had two double beds not queen beds, but we took it anyway. Could hear the neighbors most of the night as the walls are not real sound proof. No refrigerator but now I cannot remember if there was suppose to be one and the only ice machine working was on 2nd floor and we were on 5th floor. Took two hours to connect to wifi on the iphone. Will not stay again.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleanliness, hotel staff helpfulness and professionalism
Location: the only plus was that this hotel was right off the interstate and was only about 5 minutes away from Polaris
Hotel staff was not friendly. They were not prepared for our check in when we arrived after 3 pm. The room was not clean. There were hair clumps in the bathtub, and hair in the beds. The elevators did not work properly. I ended up taking the stairs because I did not want to spend my weekend stuck in an elevator. Multiple times I had to pry the doors open to get out of it. The hotel also looks nothing like the pictures listed. Everything is extremely outdated and grungy. I will never stay at this hotel again! I was also not the only one unhappy. Every time I walked past the front desk, there was another guest standing there complaining about something, and the hotel staff clearly did not care, or even attempt to make the guest happy. Found this to be a complete waste of my money!

TV was old school with very poor reception... Not good during march madness!!! No clean towels at pool ... Dirty hamper was overflowing at 8 am. Pool was clean but cold. Hot tub was cold. Breakfast wasnt ready when we went down to eat at 7. And when hot food was put out, eggs and potatoes were luke warm at best. I think it was nice in its day but definately no improvements made recently!! If you just need a place to sleep, it will do. But with grandkids, we changed hotels for another night in columbus

Worst stay of my life

Everything was horrible. No one watching over kids under 14 in pool. I got kick in stomache n pool by a little boy who laughed when I told him To be careful Bc I had a baby in my belly. My mom couldn't use hot tub it was colder than pool. Kids everywhere in there jumping in. People screaming outside r door until 3 am and my daughters food for bfast had hair in it. Never again!!
