The Columbus Airport Marriott has an airport shuttle which runs every twenty minutes and is about five minutes from the airport.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Clean but hotel rooms are outdated; our cable line was defective on the TV and we didn’t have a microwave. Hotel is conveniently located and had awesome experience with GrubHub. All and all good but definitely will not come back due to the price and outdated condition of the hotel.

Hotel is a bit outdated. Elevators noisy and take a long time. The lobby is beautiful though, they have a fitness room but no pool. I'm pretty sure when I booked I seen breakfast was suppose to be included, but was told no on check in. They charge $10 a night for parking which should be included, there's other options in the area. Next time, I'll go somewhere else. Staff was helpful though when I needed them

First, we didn’t know you had to pay to leave your vehicle here. The whole reason we stayed here was to have a shuttle to the airport in the early morning. Then when we were up and ready to head to the airport at 3:30am, there was no shuttle driver and no workers at the lobby desk to even ask what to do. So we left a note and had to drive to the airport and park in long term parking and pay there. Less than impressed with this service.

Nothing special or spectacular. I would say an average location at best. I consider it a success as it was clean and quiet on the weekend. Day staff during check in wasnt that friendly or very welcoming but ill sacrifice it for a decent stay at a decent price. Also, beware of the additional $10 parking fee you're charged when you get there.

The blanket was paper thin. Picked hotel bc of attached restaurant which only had bar area open at 7pm and was completely full so had to get good elsewhere. I have stayed at holiday inn which was by far a better experience. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again EVER!

After getting in late, we noticed the room was cold. We adjusted the thermostat, but the heat did not come on. I called the front desk, but there was nothing she could do. She told me I could come down to the front desk for a blanket. I walked down to the front desk and was given a scraggly blanket. I asked for another for my mom, but she only had one. We slept in our clothes to try and stay warm.
