Okay hotel

Pros: Nicely decorated. Tidy appearance. Friendly staff. Location was good for us.
Cons: Wash the sheets, duvets and clean the rooms thoroughly.
Location: many restaurants nearby, shopping.
Staff very nice and quick to respond to needs. There was a damp stain on the duvet on one of the beds. The young person who came to rectify the situation was told to remove the duvet cover and just lay a duvet looking like cover over it. They did not bring me a new duvet. I don't believe it was this young person's fault as he was instructed by his manager to do this. We were extremely busy and needed to get on to our next activity so I did not say anything. A manager came later and gave us 2 complimentary breakfasts for our "trouble". I didn't mention the situation to him either (the duvet should have been replaced) and we just used our own blankets. I am afraid that it is common to not wash duvets and comforters in hotels. The manager and the person who brought the duvet "cover" were very nice, but I feel not trained, so I blame their superiors. I will take it up later perhaps with someone directly at the hotel but wish not to get these 2 individuals in trouble. The bathroom was also not very clean. No refrigerator or microwave. My final bill did not match what I had when I checked out.

Nice hotel close to the convention center

The hotel was nice. Every hotel my family have stayed at in the past several months (5), has had free wi-fi and a complementary breakfast. I was disappointed to find out we didn't have either. My family and I were on a tight schedule and had to leave early so little things like that were important to us to keep us on track, especially for the price of the room. If those were offered, I would have given 5 stars.

Cons: Larger trash cans in the room. We filled ours up very fast.
Facilities and room were very clean and modern. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Nice hotel close to venue.

My husband and I stayed here for our concert at Nationwide Arena. The staff was very friendly and our room was very nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel near Cols,OH airport

Pros: My dinner meal was wonderful and the waitress was so pleasant.
I had a pleasant experience while staying at Marriott. Lovely interaction with front desk and dining room staff. Their friendliness made me feel welcome, which helped, as I was traveling alone on that trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
