“Excellent Hotel”

The hotel and furnishings are first rate. The lobby is really impressive. But my biggest compliments go to the staff. Remote didn't work for tv. Another one was brought within ten minutes of our call. Calls for wake-up calls and directions to restaurants were answered by friendly helpful people who called us by name. Will stay there again.

I have stayed at this Marriott 4 times over the last year whenever I travel to Columbus. My experience has always been great. The service is wonderful and everything is well maintained. If you need or prefer to be near the airport and want service and quality you can depend on, this is definitely the place.

This hotel was so far beyond the norm we kept wondering what they put in the water! The staff was not only extremely helpful, they were VERY pleasant...ALL of them. Their morning and afternoon drivers had been working there for over 10 years, which says alot in my opinion.

“Terrific hotel--service even better”

Would you like to feel well taken care of? This is your chance. After hours of horrible airline delays, the staff at this hotel saved the day. We landed four hours late at 1 am; the staff at the car rental agency had gone home. The hotel shuttle was finished for the night. Do not worry said the night clerk, just hail a cab, get a receipt, and we will pay. Bingo, right answer. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. It was nice and quiet for sleeping even though the hotel is located very near the airport. Food and service at the on-site restaurant was excellent. We used the room well past the typical hours and the housekeeping staff did a brilliant job of working around our schedule. The event we attended was held in one of the party rooms. The room was lovely; the delicious food was beautifully prepared and served. The servers were caring skilled professionals. Staff consistently fielded questions with friendly professionalism. This included arranging for the extremely early trip back to the airport at 4:30 am on a Sunday. Since the shuttle was not yet in service, a cab was waiting, paid for by the hotel. Well done all around. If you are staying in Columbus, you could not do better. I would recommend this hotel without reservation. No pun intended.

Staff, service, and hotel could not have been nicer! Went to visit family for the weekend. Hotel was great, city not so great. Not alot to do in the city, but staying at a nice hotel made up for it.
