Decent hotel, bad internet connection

The hotel is nice enough if you are trying to stay within the per diem rates. However, as a "business hotel", it is not good when it comes to their Internet connectivity. If you need a good, fast, reliable Internet connection this hotel is not your place. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. The hard-wired LAN was even worse.

clean & comfortable. decent complimentary breakfast, but only until 9am. With my reservation, I requested, in advance, 6 additional pillows for bed (due to a handicap) yet was told there were no extras the first night. The second night one was made available to me. The heat / air system has a button for continuous fan to remain on, yet it kept shutting off - Annoying. Overall, the room was clean & comfortable, the coffee was great & the staff very friendly. I would stay again. Free WiFi was a bonus.

Great motel. Disappointing Customer services.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, comfort.
Cons: Customer service of office staff.
I had no problem with the hotel facilities. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The problem was that we had originally booked for two nights through Expedia but ended up only needing one. Expedia was willing to refund with hotel approval. The hotel would not approve a refund. Not very good customer service on the part of the hotel.

Black mold in room! shower falling apart

Black mold!!! Yes, black mold spot about the size of a tennis ball on the celing. Shower faucet about to fall out of the wall and you had to spin the nozzel completley around 2-3 times to find the warm water. And the water had a horrible sulfer smell to it. The staff was really nice. They accomidated our early check in so i could spend time with my husband. But had to drop iff our towels after we had checked in b/c they werent cleaned yet. Over all not worth the $87. But the hotel did serve the purpose for what i needed it for.

Pros: Being next to a pharmacy/store was nice.
Cons: The pool smell. No dirty towels laying around.
Location: We were there for a son graduation from boot.
Our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean. The pool had a musty smell that permeated into the lobby. It was tolerable. There were dirty towels thrown into the corner of the elevator the morning we checked out that did not move from the time we got up for breakfast until we checked out. All in all I would stay again and recommend your hotel to friends.

Easy to find

Pros: Clean rooms.
Cons: There was some room reconstruction going on down the hall from our room, but it did not disturb us.
Location: Alot to see nearby.
We were warmly greeted when we arrived. The breakfast was well put together and ready on time.

Dirty

Friendly staff but that is about all. The place stank of chemicals and they appeared to be having a problem with the plumbing. The public areas were dirty and run down. The room was also filthy. Many of the light bulbs were burned out and I couldn't get the air conditioner to work. Very disappointing overall. Won't be going back.

Good location, needs some TLC

We came down for my son's family day at Ft. Benning and really like the location. There was restaurants near by and close to the base. The pool was heated and it was 105 degrees out so it was steamy and the pool water was cloudy. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside also. Our room was nice but the bathroom door squeaked loudly and the light was too loud also. We will come back to stay though because the breakfast was fine and the beds very comfy.
