Actually disgusting. Sheets were not clean and there were visible stains. Left over pubes in the beds. Old cigarettes burn holes in the duvet. The entire building smelled like cigarettes and dirty underwear. I had to sleep on a towel to avoid catching critters. Someone left their period on the floor.

The property was less than inviting. There were no qualities that I could see. The room was dark and small, there were no towels, trash cans, or extra linens. The doors were slamming all night and cars outside my room revving their engines. When I asked for towels, they were rough to the touch and dirty. Even though I was in a nonsmoking room, it still smelled of smoke in the hallway. Thankfully, I only needed one night or I would have left to find another hotel.

Much of what should have been there was missing or broken. No towels, only one pillow per bed, refrigerator missing, some of the drawers were broken, picture frame was broken, big hole in the wall in bathroom where the doorknob had hit it. They tried to fix it, but never put in the door stop and the fix was broken. No TV remote.

Sorry for the discomfort you had. regarding the wash clothes. However, you could have approached the front desk for the towels. Regarding the breakfast, we are trying to add some more refreshing items to make it delicious.

Homeless men wandered the dimly lit parking lot. It felt very unsafe and sketchy. THREE cop cars pulled in when we got there at night. There was an altercation right outside the door. I have had SAFER experiences with hotels in Los Angeles so it’s pretty sad. Also our hotel room didn’t have ANYTHING. No towels. Not even a trash can. Didn’t really want to go to front desk with all the men just walking around. If you’re a woman definitely go somewhere else so you can actually enjoy your night.

Sorry for the bad feeling you experienced during your stay. But we think, it’s not the actual situation. There might be cops outside but that does not make any place unsafe. As far the homeless people wandering outside has bothered you, we can only protect them from coming in , we can’t go beyond our properties boundaries. We would appreciated if you had discussed the matter with hotel staff , they must have explained you. Anyways, let us tell you that we treat our guest’s security as our first duty so there is no need to feel unsafe.

Property is very low end hotel. Our room had no towels or pillow cases upon arrival. Breakfast is served in the dining room and cannot be taken to your room or you will face additional fees. Unsafe area around hotel, large groups of homeless people wandering throughout property and parking lot.

WORST HOTEL EVER.
When I checked in there were no towels in the room and so I went downstairs and asked the front desk for towel. I attached a picture of the towel that they gave me. they said that that's the only towel they had it was torn. I was there for 8 nights. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a long while. FILTHY. On day 6, they came into my room while I was out & shampooed the carpets. WHO DOES THAT. WHILE A GUEST IS STAYING IN THE ROOM. Two days later, the carpet was still wet. COULD NOT WALK ON THE FLOOR. Their website states continental breakfast. There was never any food. Just coffee. On day 5, I put my trash outside the room. It sat there for a day & a half.

The "luxury" hot tub suite was not luxurious at all the heater was torn apart all over the bed and they had to place us in different room. Then the room they put us in had holes in the walls, and a showere that was 2ft by 4ft by 6ft so small. Then there werent any towels wash cloths or toiletries available. Coffee maker no coffee just small plastic cups, oh and no breakfast just old cereal stuck in bottom of container.

3 little pillows for a huge king size bed and 2 itty bitty towels for 2 bigger sized people. I tried to ask for a couple extra towels and was told they had no extras since it was the weekend but he could of gave on to me the next morning which is Saturday when I was leaving which wouldnt need it at that point. I do not believe we will stay at this hotel again.

Well, it looked like a nice enough hotel, but when I gave them my name at the front desk, they said they couldn't find me, and that all their rooms were already reserved. I had to contact Expedia's digital agent to resend my confirmation code so that I could get the room I reserved. The walls weren't very thick so I could hear voices outside the room so I didn't feel entirely safe. I heard someone in the next room arguing the next morning before 5 which didn't help, other than getting me to start my day quickly. The breakfast room looked as though it was going to have a wide variety, and I don't know if it's because of a staff shortage but the options were pitiful

For its price point it wasn’t terrible. Due to the set up the property they have sets of fire doors going down hallways. People slam these doors all night long, but in all fairness I don’t know that you could make it quiet. Minimalistic. There was a constant odor of pot at the front door and in one particular hallway and staff didn’t seem concerned.

RUN DOWN FLEA BAG HOLE!
This hotel is a run down flea bag hole. It was not worth the $50 we spent. The walls were in bad need of painting with many stains all over them in the rooms and the hallway. There were no towels, and the tub leaked all night long. The carpet was stained, the phone was duct taped together. I am not sure how it is allowed to stay open. STAY AWAY!! I IT IS NOT WORTH STAYING THERE!

HORRIBLE hotel ! My first clue should’ve been the crackheads and the homeless in the parking lot… While walking into the hotel, there is a young female, laying on the sidewalk in the back of the hotel Having a seizure… After 25 minutes to check in I finally got my room Key & went up to the room. It looked like my door had been kicked in at one point, it was extremely dirty, Mystery smears on the desk furniture looked like it came from somewhere sitting outside, the tub hot tub could not even seal properly due to a hole next to the drain and there was evidence of bedbugs, horrible unsafe experience… Needless to say I did not stay there that night

Do not book this place!!!
This was the worst experience I ever had. When I arrived to check in there was about 3 other guests that where waiting in line to check in as well. We were all told that it was overbooked and might have to wait to see if any room could be available. It took about 30 minutes to get me a room only because 4 other guests that did stay told the front desk they didn't feel safe and wanted to cancel. One guest key card didn't work so then immediately they gave it to me. The key didn't work and as I was walking through the hallway the atmosphere just didn't feel right. I told the front desk that I didn't feel safe and I'm going to cancel. I asked who I should talk to about getting a refund and they said to go through hotels.com. Hotels.com did everything they could buy the property manager (after a week ) said nothing could be down. Do not do not book here!!!!

Do not believe the photos that you see online. The dining room had a couple pieces of bread, some milk and fruit loops. We had to go elsewhere to eat. Didn't even bother to complain because I know it would have fallen upon deaf ears. The hotel reeked of smoke in the lobby. I needed a second set of towel/wash cloth and was told to return at 9 in the morning. I am sorry that the management advertises with deceitful photos.

This hotel is fairly old and worn. When you book a room with so many negative reviews, your expectations should not be 5 star. The staff at checkin were fighting against computer issues and were kind and courteous during the process. The breakfast was interesting - take some of the money you saved and run to Wendy's. Overall this vintage hotel needs some love. Please don't take your frustrations out on the staff. They are doing the best they can.

Nastiest hotel ever !!
The shower was dirty where you step it was black . I had to clean the hot tub wit soap and bleach before using it it had hair and dirt in it . The Fossett handle was broken. My sheets had a poop stain in it. I left before my stay was up. And a woman on drugs walked into my room confused on where she was .

When we arrived a $100 deposit was demanded, one we couldn't afford. Thankfully the front counter guy waived it. When we got to our room the place was a mess. The tp rack int he bathroom was off the wall, the TV was bent 45 degrees or so. Various furnishings were dented and scratched, and the curtains were shredded. It was obviously a deposit scam of a place. Then when were were short 1 pillow we asked for another and the place had none. These were paper thin little things. My friend and I traded the only spare pillow we had each night.

The room had not been cleaned yet - dirty toilet, unmade beds, dirty towels, and garbage. Tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room wouldn’t work. I called using my phone. The girl said she’d come up. After 30 minutes, I headed to the front desk. I ran into the girl on her way to me. She had the pass card and knocked on doors around me. When no one answered, she’d go in and look. The 3rd room was empty and she told me to come in. The tv was missing. She told me to stay there and she’d find me a room. I don’t know how many rooms she looked in before she came back to get me, but in a few minutes, she came back and said she’d found me a room. IT WAS DISGUSTING! The carpet had huge dark stains and was sticky, one bedspread had burn holes in it. The pillows weren’t properly placed. (I have a video.). She left me there, telling me she’d bring me back a key card. Meanwhile, I’m waiting on my sister to arrive. When she arrived, we got on a booking app and found another hotel - 25 minutes away. We went to the front desk and told them we were leaving. We didn’t sign papers or anythung. We just left, telling them how we felt as we went out the door. We felt like the smell of weed was in our hair and clothes. The first thing we did at the other hotel was to shower!
