“Not impressed”

Not sure what to say - there was nothing really specifically wrong, but comparatively speaking, I've stayed in much better hotels.

“Great Value- Nice Breakfast”

Great stay. Nice room, great service...very good free breakfast with eggs, bacon, healthy cereal etc. Near great shopping. The only downer...around rush-hour traffic is bad. Also, no place to run nearby.

“good value”

Stayed at the comfort in in sept 2011 room was good though smelled a little strongly of cleaning agents, be was comfortable staff was helpful. Free breakfast was nice, and on tuesdays there was a guest reception with free beer wine brats chips and the like for guests. Near to restaurants and entertainment. An excellent value.

“good place to stay”

This was a convenient location, with lots of restaurants handy and next to Magic Mountain, which would be fun if traveling with kids.

Polaris location was very convention to Westerville, and not far from Downtown Columbus, either.

“nice hotel”

Very nice place to stay! Well located and a quiet stay. Most impressed with the breakfast. It had everything from eggs,sausage,waffles,french toast,bagels,bread for toast, english muffins,danish,fruit,yogurt,hard boiled eggs,cereal and sausage gravy with biscuits! Definately wide variety of choices for breakfast and very good also!

Must see

Columbus Zoo and Sharon Woods park for sure. However, you may want to pack plenty of food and drinks for the Zoo because their food and drinks are extremely expensive! Magic Mountain was very neat also and right beside the Comfort Inn!

Texas Roadhouse was great with a very friendly waitress and also right beside Comfort Inn within walking distance!

“Loved the Stay”

The only complaint we had was the pool area was not clean but only on one occaission towels not available and dirty towels laying all over the pool area. But otherwise this is a fantsatic hotel with excellent service.

lots of nice shopping centers just take lotsa money cause you will definitely find something you want.

“Absolutely loved it!”

My children and I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We were close to all the restaurants, and even had a ball in the swimming pool. I would definetly go back again and again.

Area recommendations

I would definately recommend this hotel mainly due because it is close to Zoombeezi Bay and the Columbus Zoo. Plus its close to the Polaris Mail and other stores. Its a great place for leisure and for business.

“Would never go back!”

I'm not sure when they converted smoking rooms to non-smoking rooms, but my "non-smoking" reeked of smoke - the bed, the drapes, etc. It was difficult to breathe in the room.
