“VERY FRIENDLY AND FAMILY ORINTATED”

We were very pleased with everything. Every thing was done to make our visit pleasant.

“Great Stay~~~”

Hotel staff was just great. We arrived late at night and yet the Check in went nice and smooth which was a welcome after a long drive. The following morning we had a great breakfast with helpful staff. WOW - that was a nice surprise. Sometimes, staff are busy in the morning and can be a little short and the staff at this Comfort Suites was courteous and helpful.

“Very helpful at check-in”

We asked for early check-in, and when our assigned room wasn't ready, the desk clerk looked and found another room that was available. Since we were traveling from out-of-town for a wedding, we truly appreciated this extra effort.

“Great stay and close to the city”

We checked into the Comfort Suites because it's the only hotel I use now (when available), and this one had received the best reviews for the area we were in. The area is swamped with stores and places to shop and eat and was an awesome location for vacation and relaxation purposes. The only complaint I have wasn't the fault of the hotel, more that it was just some rude people who were hogging all of the parking spaces due to some car show which made it hard to find a space to park. But the rooms were great, staff was great, breakfast was great, do yourself a favor and book now!

“Synergy 08”

This was a very nice hotel. The beds were probably the most comfortable I have slept in at any hotel in a long time. I would stay here again if I am ever back in Columbus.

Hotel was convieent to both downtown and the airport. 24 hour front desk was also very helpful.Great indoor pool and spa. Staff was very friendly. Many nearby stores and restauants.

While this hotel is pretty basic, it was clean and the staff was pleasant. Right off the interstate, it is close to many chain restaurants and "big box" stores. It is also not too far to travel to downtown Columbus and surrounding areas. We would not hesitate choosing this hotel for our next visit.

“An excellent place to stay”

The hotel was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The price was reasonable and the entire experience was superior to many of the four star hotels who trade off cleanliness and courtesy for larger pools and better equipped exercise rooms -- neither of which is usually used by the overnight guest. We shall return.

“Nice Columbus hotel”

We had a nice clean room with extra room for the kids to run around in. Pool was clean and right down the hall. The kids loved the extensive brekfast.

Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Room was larger than most, and well appointed. Offers limited cooking (microwave) and fridge.
