Close to University

Front desk staff unconcerned. One walking around on phone with long line of guest to check in. Room was nice, clean & comfortable. Bathroom corners need clean caulk but tub,sink & toilet were very clean. A/C would stay off long periods of time but once room got cool it was good. All else was excellent! Would stay sgain.

After maid came second day, room was not clean. Especially bathroom. Fresh towels and trash emptied was all that was done and bed spread rolled back up.

Great Stay

Pros: It was super close to Mississippi St. to where I was attending baseball games.
The staff was hospitable from the moment I walked through the doors. The room and accommodations were nice and my stay was really enjoyable.

Fleas, staff doesn't car

There is a notice in each room stating that if you are not satisfied with your stay to contact the front desk right away. When I discovered fleas in my room, I was unhappy with me room and called the front desk. They did NOTHING. no change of room, no one came to check it out and the girl who answered the phone clearly did not care. Also, the bathroom was really hairy with gross "remnants" left on the toilet seat. Eww

Easy in, easy out. Wish the hot items on the breakfast bar had been truly hot and not luke warm.

I would recommend this hotel for a stay. Everybody was helpful and friendly. Room and building was clean and in excellent shape. My only complaint that I had was that my coffee pot in the room did not work, but the staff took care of the problem quickly and replaced it.

Great hotel for MSU events!

Trip to MSU for basketball games and couldn't be more pleased with this hotel. Directly across from one of the entrances to campus. Clean, spacious room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
