Larger rooms to accommodate 3 children

2 night stay worked well for us on our Columbus Zoo trip we also did the water park and made it a full. 9 hour day

The room was appropriate and clean. Large and comfortable for myself and three children. The pool area could use some updating, but was clean and enjoyed by the kids.

Not the best

This was not the cleanest of hotels that we've stayed at. The indoor pool was green and murky looking. Not very appealing.

The room was comfortable but could have been cleaner. There was a big stain on the carpet and because the interior doors were white that showed a lot of dirt that need to be cleaned. A couple small things were broken like a lamp shade and the pull for the curtains.

The room was nice and clean. We were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub, but a dozen or so young boys were putting ice from the machine in the hot tub with buckets. Needless to say we just went to our room without getting to use the facilities

Getting Run Down

Pros: The guy at the front desk was very nice.
I have stayed there the past 3 years. The room was dirty and had an odor. The bathroom smelled like a port-a-pot

The stay did not have a good start when the key cards we were just handed did not work at all. We had to return to the desk for help, and all he did was try one of the cards until it worked. So after that we were afraid of getting locked out of the room. Some of the lights in the room did not work either.

Stayed 2 nights at this location. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the area was centralized with plenty of food options.

Great Get a way spot

The location is great, there is lots of food and shop near. The hotel was very clean, the room was very nice. The indoor pool was nice and warm and the staff was very friendly. I would stay again
