The property is clean and maintained. The continental breakfast is very good. There seems to be no insulation between floors and it was extremely loud!

This is our second time staying here within the past few months and everything was great. The only couple things we noticed in our room was that the right side bedlamp was burnt out and the detachable showerhead was to short for our height and was different from previous rooms. The location is great, breakfast was nice and it is a clean facility.

The employee at the front desk was nice and welcoming. The room was pretty clean and well put together. Appreciate the couch bed since we had 5 people. The breakfast was good as far as hotel breakfasts go. The pool was clean and there were enough towels. The people I was with enjoyed the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Pretty good experience all around.

FTLOG get some real pillows.
Pros: Convenient, friendly, near restaurants, only one in area with a workout room, decent breakfast options. Cons: The pillows on the beds are the absolute worst. They're not normal size - like half a pillow - and made it impossible to sleep without my head falling off it. I hate to say it, but I wouldn't stay here again for this one reason alone. I got zero sleep.

Best Continental Breakfast in the U.S.
What a wonderful hotel & great service! The room was clean & HUGE, which was great, because we felt we could spread out comfortably. And the free breakfast in the morning was the best I've ever experienced in the U.S. They weren't just carb heavy, as most U.S. continental breakfasts are. In addition to the cereals, toast & waffles, there were also eggs, sausage & even a yogurt station! If there was one complaint I have about the Best Western hotels, it's that they only seem to offer half-sized pillows for the bed. They're definitely not a standardized pillow, so I felt like my head might've fallen off the pillow at any moment. Otherwise, I was very pleased with our stay here, & even joined up for the BW rewards program based on this stay.
