“Really nice for Crew Game!”

For the last 4 years or so, I drag my family from Pittsburgh to one Columbus Crew game each year (I'm the only soccer fan in the family). Until this year, we stayed at the hotel VERY close to this one - which was always a bit on the grungy side...but since we would only really sleep there one night, it was passable. WHAT A DIFFERNCE AN EXTRA $20 MAKES! Wow! it was like night and day! The room was twice the size, it was very clean, the pool was actually functional AND open...AND they serve free breaksfast! We were all very pleased (my wife because of the cleanliness and roominess, my son because of the Disney channel, and me becasue they were happy). Oh yeah...and you can walk to Crew Stadium which saves you a $10 stadium parking fee! Just all around satisfaction with this hotel...which is so few and far between anymore. Hats off to Comfort Suites Columbus Fairgrounds!

“Very clean”

Better than expected. Room was fabulous.....only negative was the indoor pool was kind of cool for the kids. I will definitely stay here on future trips to Columbus!

The kids had fun at this hotel. Breakfast was very pleasant as well. We will go stay there again when we visit Columbus.

Everything was fantastic with the exception of fold out bed was broke down,other than that no gripes!!

We appreciated the kindness and helpful staff. The cleaniness is a must for us since we travel to OSU medical center for Cancer treatments.

“Buckeye Weekend”

The only complaint we had was that the indoor pool was too cold. I also was disappointed that the hotel did not offer a jacuzzi room.

My cousin and I stayed at this hotel while in Columbus for the Black Eyed Peas concert in February. We were able to get a suite with two double beds for a very good price. The hotel was only a short drive from the Schottenstein Center where the concert was (3 miles). It is literally right across the street from the Ohio State Fairgrounds. This would be a great hotel to stay at for any reason but especially if you are attending any events at OSU, attending the Ohio State Fair or catching a game at Columbus Crew Stadium as all of these locations are quite close. You're close to everything without the price that comes with staying downtown.

“Will def. book this hotel again”

The only problem was that housekeeping came banging on the door at 10 a.m. when I had requested a alte check-out at 1 p.m. the night before. Other than that the hotel was very very clean, bedding was very comfortable.

“Academy close by”

Much better than the days inn next door. Could have had the sweeper run around the bed and mattress more but other than that it was clean.
