“No housekeeping”

THe housekeeping staff skipped our room, when I brought this to the attention of the front desk 1 of 2 people were helpful. I was told housekeeping was done for the day. Is there no supervisor checking?

“Okay for a few days, getting thru traffic to convention center is horrific, stay somewhere closer”

Breakfast is good, the pool and hot tub were nice. The conveinence to the Convention center is not quite as nice...........to far out, to much traffic to navigate. There is a Wal-Mart close by, and plenty of restaurants. Noise in AC/heat unit in room we stayed in, desk clerk not helpful to placing rooms together as we had asked (same floor). We asked them to mail back a blanket my daughter left, they said they would, but they needed a credit card to charge for the shipping fee.......gave them the billing info, and it's been a week and we still haven't seen UPS with the blanket. Very disappointed not only did they lie, but now they have my information, that god only knows what they are doing with it.

Anything closer to the Columbus convention center. We were in town for a cheer competition, and it was havoc navigating traffic to get there. Not as close as you think, once you factor in the drive time due to mass traffic.

“Great pool and hot tub”

I had never stayed in this hotel chain. It meet all my expectations for a quick overnight stay while running in a local marathon. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice.

“Convenient to the Airport and restaurants”

This hotel was clean and quiet. There are restaurants and fast food nearby. Definitely worth the price.

It was clean and spacious, would definitely go back again and the breakfast was decent as well.

“Ok but not the best option”

The hotel staff initially was great. The cleaning crew was not as great and missed our rooms a few times. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed before we arrived. On the last day, we had late check out and we were pretty well run out long before we were due to leave. The walls are thin, the breakfast was not great but the rooms were bug free and fine for sleeping.
