Just an ok hotel

Pros: It was clean and new.
Cons: Get new pillows.
The hotel appears to be new so that is nice but the room had a funny smell much like you would get from an older air conditioning unit. The room itself was clean but the chair had a stain or something that needed to be cleaned. The sheets came off the bed multiple times during the night and the pillows are horrible. We had a king bed with four pillows. The pillows were the worst pillows I have ever had at a hotel. They were each about a third of the size of a regular pillow, very small and flat. We asked the front desk for different or additional pillows and was told that there was none available. If you just need a place for a night it would be okay because it was clean but would highly recommend bringing your own pillow.

Prepare to wait

We waited more than 45 minutes after check-in time before our room was ready. Even after our room was ready, there was trash on the floor. The desk staff didn't seemed concerned at all about the delays and seemed to indicate to my wife that she should do more to speed things along!

Was not a clean place

Our room was half empty. No reading chair called downstairs and was told have to wait manager in AM. No call back to after 3 calls downstairs gave up. Ac in room did not cool. No call or fix on this either Was very disappointed in motel and staff. Breakfast was cold and no choices. Will not book again 😕

Pros: Comfy beds, great price!
Cons: Some things like the bathroom door that wouldn't close right or the fridge having freezing issues.
Location: Perfect spot to get to all shopping and eating. Easy to find your way around
We've stayed there twice n 3 weeks time. Love the price! Comfiest beds I've ever slept in away from home!

A little hard to find but what we expected.

Pros: Comfortable beds
Location: A little hard to find if you don't know your hotel logos. GPS did get us right to the door. Lack of signs may be related to sign zoning regulations.
Airplane delays set our arrival back to around midnight. I had called ahead to the hotel to advise that we would be arriving much later than regular check-in hours and to please hold our room. The attendant was pleasant and efficient - advised that he would make a note on our reservation that we would be late. When we arrived tired and travel weary, there was no problem with check in. Over the two days of our stay we found the staff to very helpful, cheery and eager to please. The second afternoon when we returned to our room, a maintenance employee was working on a plumbing issue with the tub outflow that housekeeping had reported to them. The gentleman was courteous and finished up quickly. We reported a concern directly to him that we did not have cold water in the sink. He finished the plumbing problem he had come to repair, addressed the cold water situation and quickly resolved it too. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The coffee dispenser was not refilled in the 20 minutes we were there - had to settle for decaf, plastic spoons were not to be found for yogurt or cereal and there wasn't enough room to move around to the various food stations. 7:30 am was a very busy time to try to eat breakfast with a crowd in a rather small space. The breakfast room attendant was struggling to keep up with the steady drain on food and supplies.

Paid a little extra because I thought I reserved a room to accommodate the possibility of extra guests. Room was a nice size, 2 queen beds were comfortable, but was missing furniture ie couch. Where the couch was supposed to be there was a large red marker or lipstick scribbled on the carpet....then I noticed the other issues - tiolet seat was falling off, towel rack coming off wall, shower curtain rack had been replaced several times (poor quality work), and TV didn't work half of the time..

Generally an okay place to stay

Pros: The lobby and the staff at the front desk.
Cons: Better pillows, cleaner looking sheets and check for mice. We think there was a mouse feces in our room on the windowsill.
Location: Location behind other buildings. Near by is a sub sandwich joint that is awesome, CeCe's Pizza and a few other places. Not far from a grocery store
This place was a bit difficult to find but it is within walking distance of some small restaurants. Room was clean yet sheets had stains. Pillows were not very comfortable, pretty lumpy. Cleaning crew removed some things from our room that they thought was trash but it was not ready to be tossed. Never got back items in the shoe box. Hallway smelled highly of the pool. Breakfast there was pleasant. The staff at the front desk was awesome despite all the other mediocre things we experienced.

Cons: Please check each room to see if lamps are working.
Location: Shops nearby. Restaurants nearby. Movie theatre nearby.
Close to major roads. Very close to restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Pros: Everything was clean and up to date. The beds were super comfy and the pool was shallow enough for our 4 year old to play in!
Our stay was wonderful! We are from Oregon so we were very far from home, and all the staff were incredibly helpful with helping us get around and figure everything out. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Columbus, GA!
