Pros: close to everything
Cons: desk clerks could be more friendly to people
Location: restaurants stores to shop at
Door would not lock had to get front desk clerk to fix it. still would not lock day manager was very hateful when she had to come and fix it was not impressed with her at all

Pros: Bedroom separated from the living room.
Cons: Carpet need to updated, had stains. The blower in the hallway need to be fixed.
Overall a good stay. Some improvement needed. Would stay again. The room rate could be better.

Loved our time here and having Thanksgiving dinner on top of our breakfast made our trip. Would recommend to anyone!!

Good hotel for Ft Benning family day

We stayed here 3 nights during our son's family days during basic training. We had a one bedroom suite which gave him space to sit and relax. We were also able to bring/have his favorite snacks available since we had a microwave and refrig. The hotel also has a pool and is close to the movie theater.

The heated pool, is not "heated". Waited longer than 10 mins at checkin before I was waited on. We asked for a late checkout, (and payed for late checkout) but the cable was turned off and room key deactivated. Had to again wait for an extended period of time for front desk staff to wait on me!

Checked in found out they checked someone in under my name earlier ...they gave me a new room and when I went in the room it wasn't clean..food on tables towels on floor..they gave me a new room no discount etc..girl at the desk handle everything well though

This complex needs to place more signage along the Rollins Rd entrance. We drove by twice before locating the entrance to the property. The staff did a lot to make our stay comfortable, and it was.

Pros: Our studio room. It made us fell more at home. Great breakfast , too.
Location: Antique shops, Callaway Gardens, we were not far from Columbus Botanical Gardens. There several museums. We did not have the time to see it all.
We enjoyed our studio suite so much that we decided to return to Columbus , for an additional night. The staff was happy to help us with our additional return night. There was a lot to tour in the Columbus, GA. area. We plan to return again.

Cons: Nothing
Location: Convenient to major raods, restaurants, shopping.
This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Great place, quiet, comfortable, nice location, clean, good breakfast, nice staff.
