Counter staff was excellent and helpful. Even though it was close to the interstate and our room faced it, we heard very little. It was a comfortable stay.

A pleasant comfortable hotel.Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: I liked the Beautyrest mattress. I checked to see what brand it was since it was so comfortable. I also like how quickly the water got warm. I hate
Cons: I found an empty beer bottle on the balcony on Saturday night and since I don't drink beer I assumed it had been overlooked by house cleaning. I foun
Location: I was a 5 minute drive from my son's house and close to restaurants had I needed one.
I stayed at the Courtyard Hotel for the weekend of my grandson's high school graduation. My son made my reservation for me for Friday and Saturday and I extended it until Sunday night also. My family wanted me to cancel Sunday night and stay with them but my bed and room were so comfortable that I decided to stay in the hotel even though the rate had gone up from Friday and Saturday's rate. I love staying at hotels and especially liked this one.

DisappointedPosted Apr 28, 2015
Made reservations for 2 beds, a fridge and little kitchen on second floor. When I went to officially register and pre-pay the hotel customer service rep change the room claiming the hot was full. He chose to change it to a fist floor room. I had to report to the front desk the incredible noise from a group of kids and the couches. The room was located near the hotel indoor pool! For $210 a night I got a small tv and two full size beds. I paid more for what was worth for less than 24 hours on Ohio!

I was here for one night. The staff were really delightful; polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had no issues at check-in or check-out. The food at the attached cafe was delicious, if a little expensive. The location is quiet and convenient.

Get away to Columbus…zoo and swimming…..Big Joke!Posted Apr 11, 2015 on Hotels
My grandson was on Spring Break from school. I decided to treat my daughter and grandkids to a day at the Columbus Zoo and a day at the hotel, with a swimming pool. We were all so excited. Spend a wonderful day at the zoo and then we went to the hotel. We decided to just eat dinner at the hotel, so that we would have more time swimming. The dinner was quite expensive, for what we got. Service was very poor. None the less, we couldn't wait to go get our swim suits on and go visit the pool! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The water was ICE COLD!!. I have Leukemia and really have to be careful of getting infections of any kind. The water was so dirty and full of spiders and dead bugs!! The only person that even attempted to go in was my 11 year old grandson…and only because my 3 year old grandson wanted to go in. They were purple with cold!! Their teeth were shattering and we made them get out! Try to entertain a 2 year old, a 3 year old and a 11 year old…when we thought that we were going to be swimming!!! The next morning….we couldn't wait to get out of there and come home!! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and waste of money for me, when i am retired and on a fixed income and have Leukemia.

Good quality for reasonable pricePosted Mar 13, 2015 on Hotels
The service was great. A good location. The furniture in my room was dated and there was quite a bit of veneer damage. Probably should look at replacement. Other than that the stay was quite pleasant.

Fresh New Renovation hits all marks!Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Welcoming staff and fresh newness of property. Newness both in renovation and concept makes it a Courtyard well above what I expected.
Cons: Signage could be stonger from main road turnoff. The hotel is located within a business park area....but Google will get you there easily.
Location: Convenient to the main traffic arteries. Shopping Mall close by and many great restaurants. Downtown Dublin is delightful.
This Courtyard is well above average. A welcoming swanky lobby with gas fireplace lounge area and an inviting deli/coffee bar bistro that offers delicious breakfast choices.... and full bar with happy hour treats such as potstickers. The rooms are contemporary and have a luxe feel. Bedding and towels soft, fresh and new. Brand new equipment in the fitness room and indoor pool area was very inviting. A great choice for business or pleasure in the Columbus Ohio area... highly recommend.

nice hotel close to shops in DublinPosted Feb 16, 2015
great hotel. Tons of family there with kids for some hockey event. They had fun in the pool and were out of our hair. Lounge was great for business. Cafe was full and coffee is Starbucks. Free refills.
