“Great hotel”

Great hotel. Staff was excellent. Very nice rooms. Easy access to interstate. We had to stay an extra night due to snow storm and it was no problem. Great room for the money. Breakfast at the hotel was nice too. I would stay here again.

“A good mistake”

I wanted to stay near campus and thought I had found the right hotel but is was on the by pass about 10 minutes from Campus. I was new, big, clean, and good food options near by. The drive was easy in the morning and at night. I just couldn't believe there weren't more people in the hotel it was empty?

“Unexpectedly upscale place on a budget”

I travel for business a lot, about week in a month, but I never stayed in such an upscale environment for laughable pay. It's like driving Mercedes but paying for Hyundai. I'm sure the surrounding area is what drove the price down - it's located smack in the middle of industrial park. However, there are plenty of restaurants only minutes away in any direction, it's really easy to get on a highway toward the city, so if you are just looking for a place to stay it won't get any better for the $$. The rooms are at the 5 star level, furniture is probably newer then at my home, the place is immaculately clean, what else to ask for? Oh, one complaint: the free wireless service is sufficient for casual browsing, but I needed to download rather large files and it was a kill. I thought I'd mention, but how many people install operating system in the middle of the night from online images? So have my blessing, this is an awesome place and I'm looking forward to coming back in a few weeks.

Very comfortable hotel with free parking and breakfast. Also, very convenient to the highway which made traveling around town easy.

Very Clean, safe, and noise was non existant. Easy access to beltway. There during snowstorm my hats off to the Ohio DOTfor keeping roads well plowed and to the hotel for keeping walks clear.

The hotel provides a very upscale environment for a budget price. The location is really easy to reach from highway, and there are multiple dinning places within minutes of driving.

I had a problem connecting to the internet, the staff was very patient and helpful and eventually we got it to work. The next day I couldn't print my boarding pass, the front desk attendant let me print it at the front desk. Overall it was a very pleasant experience! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

“would go back if needed to be in the Ohio State University area”

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. One strange thing was that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan though. This was about 15 minutes from Ohio State where my son had swim competitetions all weekend. It was just far enough away that we didn't have all the other competitors (kids) in the same hotel. Many other parents that stayed closer did not get much sleep that weekend due to the noise at their hotels. Luckily we didn't have any problems like that. Would stay here again if needed to be near Ohio State University!
