Great hotel for a Worthington stay.

Pros: I really like the heated indoor pool. It is glassed in and enjoyable. Food is convenient, lovely atmosphere. Very luxurious and relaxing.
Cons: We do not see anything much that could be improved. Everything is very nice.
Location: We love the location because it is near the shopping malls, COSI and the zoo. There are many nice places to dine close-by also.
Beautiful hotel and lovely amenities. The location is very convenient and right off 270 for easy access. Only drawback is the construction going on after you get off highway. You may want to call the hotel and ask at the Registration desk for the best route in. The lobby has been updated and is very attractive. Breakfast bar was replaced with a counter service where you order off a menu. It has good offerings and reasonable pricing. Starbucks coffee is available and several kinds of beer plus regular beverages like milk, orange juice etc.. Nice variety on the food and made fresh. The courtyard also is updated with a fire pit and seating throughout. The pool seemed just the right temperature and was enjoyed by all ages in our group. Clean towels provided in pool area and ample seating. Hallways and elevators were in great shape and nicely decorated, as is whole hotel throughout. Our room was very clean, beautifully appointed, included a mini-fridge and there was a free ice machine down the hall. We had a comfortable, clean, king-sized bed with nice pillows. Black out curtains kept out morning sun, so sleeping in was no problem. We had a balcony looking out on the courtyard. We never heard any noise from neighbors. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. They were all very helpful. Great dining is within close walking distance. We never miss going to the Winking Lizard restaurant nearby. It is lots of fun and great beer, 100 different kinds. We would recommend this hotel.

Very nice accommodations, pool was great. Staff very professional. Definitely will stay here next time in town.

first time i've been dissatisfied

did not enjoy my stay at this courtyard because they offered no amenities and the elevator was out of service during my entire stay.

The hotel has two elevators and we did have one day that one of the elevators was out of service. It was unfortunate that a part broke on the elevator motor that made it unoperational for a day as we had to order a part and have it express shipped to the hotel to repair the broken piece. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced. We do have another elevator that was operational. We hope that you will return and allow us to be of service to you. pleasant stay

We were pleased with everything. We were in Ohio for a wedding. It was convienent for a lot of things. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't personally eat there but one of our party did and said it was good. We needed directions , they were very good. The construction was doable once you got the lay of the land.

Pros: pool
Cons: we were supposed to get two queen size beds and instead the room had 2 full size beds.
Location: we visited Cosi and Columbus Zoo
the room and pool was very nice. My receipt showed I paid $326 and a 0.00 balance yet my bank statement show it as $370. I called the hotel and she said it should show as $326 in a few days. Really, why enter an additional amount on my card that I DID NOT approve. This is quite misleading!

The computer places a hold on the card for the room and tax charges with an additional amount in case there are any incidentals . Your card is not actually charged until you check out and that hold is released and will disappear. Unfortunately, I am unable to see your name to review the bed type concern . I've stayed in the same area three years in a row at the same time of year and at different hotels. The construction makes it a little harder to get around so hopefully that is done soon. I was attending a conference at the Ohio State university and it is a quick drive into town on the high way (20 mins).

The hotel itself was very nice! No complaints. The way in was horrible with traffic/construction. Now that I know my way in with the detour, I would definitely stay again.
