Pros: pool
Cons: we were supposed to get two queen size beds and instead the room had 2 full size beds.
Location: we visited Cosi and Columbus Zoo
the room and pool was very nice. My receipt showed I paid $326 and a 0.00 balance yet my bank statement show it as $370. I called the hotel and she said it should show as $326 in a few days. Really, why enter an additional amount on my card that I DID NOT approve. This is quite misleading!

We apologize that you did not understand the hold process that is completed at the time of check in. The computer places a hold on the card for the room and tax charges with an additional amount in case there are any incidentals . Your card is not actually charged until you check out and that hold is released and will disappear. Unfortunately, I am unable to see your name to review the bed type concern . Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you and we do hope that the next time you are in the Columbus/Worthington area you will give us to opportunity to be of service to you again. Very nice hotel! But entrance was horrible!

The hotel itself was very nice! No complaints. The way in was horrible with traffic/construction. Now that I know my way in with the detour, I would definitely stay again.

I do understand that the road construction is a bit of an inconvenience to the out of town travelers and that it can be a bit confusing . We wish we had control over this, however, we are trying to get through the best we can by offering a quality hotel and excellent service to our guest. When this road is completed it is going to make getting in and out of the hotel so much easier and the flow of traffic will be an addition to the area. I loved the friendliness of the staff especially Tiffany who worked the Bistro area. The room was nice and clean.

I had stayed at Courtyard by Marriott at other locations but this one was average hotel, nothing special. I was expecting better from Courtyard by Marriott.

Right Off the Highway

Pros: It was close to Ohio Weslyan University
Cons: The Breakfast needs an upgrade. We had to pay extra for a so-so breakfast.
Location: We were attending the Division III Outdoor National Championship Track and Field meet.
This hotel is right off the highway and is surprisingly quiet. The beds are a little hard, but the room was nice, had a pull out couch and a small refrigerator.

We completed our rooms renovations April, 2013 and all the mattresses were replaced with new Sealy mattresses and were purchased with the hopes of finding a firmness that will satisify our guest. They are a high level mattress that will maintain a long life so they may be a little firmer than you are use to. Thank you for staying with us while in the area for the Division III Field and Track Championship games . Courtyard Marriott

This is the second time that we've stayed at this hotel and it was just as expected....brilliant. This is a very nice hotel with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and fairly close to anything you could be attending in Columbus. The staff there is very friendly and offered to assist any way they could, just a really nice place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Rock On The Range Weekend, Columbus, Ohio

Great property, new, clean, great staff, easy in and easy out to the highway but tucked away. Nearby restaurants were a plus as was the lobby "pantry". The only negative was the "handicapped parking" which was 4 spaces on a curved curb. But that being the only non-issue we will stay at this property for many ROTR events to come!!

Enjoyable Experience

We were able to check in a few minutes after the end of the allowed check-in time on one of the busiest weekends of the summer (graduation) and our room was in perfect condition. Everyone was very nice, and the staff was excellent (especially when both my husband and I had to get our room keys reprogrammed when they stopped working). Highly recommended.
