Pros: Location
The hotel staff were very friendly and there were many ammenities at the hotel. The room was nice and comfortable, but the bed was a bit soft for my tastes.

Good bed. Clean room. A bit noisy.

We booked via Expedia and did not like that experience as there were "fees" outside of room charge and tax. Will go directly to hotel site next time. Hotel was very busy and we got a room right by elevators which was noisy. Also, housekeeping cleans with doors open so we had to endure the vacuum at 8am. King bed was comfy. Our boys (12yrs. and 14yrs.) slept in hideaway bed and roll away. Both complained of feeling the springs and neither had adequate mattress pads (if any). Staff was very nice. Buffet breakfast was good as they made eggs to order and waffles. Location was perfect for easy access to hwy and friends/family we were visiting.

Quick Trip

Posted May 1, 2014
Pros: Proximity to downtown, amenities nearby and ease of access. Rates were reasonable. I have stayed here before, environmental upgrades were evident.
Cons: If there is such a thing as being overly nice, the staff went out of their way to engage passers-by in conversation.
Location: Good selection of restaurants for virtually any kind of food. Movie theater down the street, and right off the expressway.
In an out, used only for sleeping, so there was not much to report. Road noise from expressway nearby was the only noticeable detraction.

Great hotel not too far north of downtown Columbus

We had a very good experience! This was our first time staying at a Crown Plaza. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel was attractive and appeared to be well cared for. Our room was pleasant and the beds were very comfortable. There were tortilla chips on the floor in between the beds but the rest of the room and bathroom were clean. The back of the bathroom door had some veneer peeling away due to moisture.

Restful

Pros: Comfortable and restful.
Cons: Elevators were slow
Location: Everything was in close proximity, but not too close so that is was noisy.
The room was very nice, rich looking. Bed was very comfortable, pillows were perfect, the room also contained a refrigerator and make-up mirror (very nice). Although the hotel hosted a youth convention, I was placed on the top floor and had a peaceful night's rest (didn't hear a sound).

If you do not mind walking a lot, i'ts decent

Of ALL the hotels in this area, we got stuck with the ONE that has the Nerve to sell WiFi for $8.95 for 24 hour access. In today's world, THAT is insanely Stupid. We will NOT use them again just because of that. Otherwise, it is a standard Ok hotel .. nothing special. Only problem is rooms are a long way from the lobby, no matter how you try to get there.

Great hotel close to Polaris and Worthington!

Posted Jan 21, 2014
Pros: The staffing was great and the have a great exercise room!
Cons: Please keep the doors locked and that you have to use a key card to go up on the elevator
Location: Polaris mall, Worthington Inn and American Institute of Alternative Medicine.
Great location and comfortable. I had a concern that I did not have to use my key card to get into the back door and to go to the 3rd floor. Hotel staff was wonderful! The exercise room was clean, all equipment I tried worked and I was comfortable exercising.
