Courtyard for outside seating that was in center of the hotel area. Steam fireplace in the lobby, and lots of comfortable seating. Very clean, with a restaurant and bar available, although we did not try those. Rooms were very comfortable. Microwave available downstairs and the snack shop area. Ice machines available as well.

I’m not sure if the managers name last night but he was very pleasant. If I need to go to Columbus again we will be staying there. My only complaint would be where the toilet paper holder is. But it was clean. Pleasant staff and still love the cookies

Gym was nice and multiple machines. Bed was firm but better than rolling into the center. Staff was all friendly. Would stay again if coming back to Dublin.

The only complaint this stay is the lotion dispenser was empty and the top blanket for one of the beds had noticeable stains which as a precaution to myself had me sleep with only the top sheet which was stain free with a bump up of the thermostat temp to be warm during the night.

Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. We had dinner and shared a delicious burger and a salad and the kitchen staff prepared 2 generous plates for us. All in all, we were very happy with everything and great value for such a low price. We’ll definitely stay here again. 10 stars👍

We visited the Columbus area to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday. This hotel was so beautiful. The aesthetics, customer service was outstanding, hotel was very clean and the list goes on. If we ever visit the area again we will definitely book again!

I usually utilize this property when I travel to Columbus for business. They are usually pretty okay and I have no issues. However after my last stay, I may not be visiting here again. I had to move rooms because the cleanliness of the first room I received was poor. I pulled the covers back from the bed and uncovered a medium sized ball of hairs. I'm not sure how anyone made the bed and did not see this as they were making it. The pillows were dirty and stained as well. I moved into another room after that and that room had a stink bug in it. I am truly disappointed with Doubletree and i wont be staying at this location again.
