Pros: Polite staff
Great location to be able to walk to convention center and Nationwide Area. We were awaken at 4:30 am by a very loud vibrating noise in the bathroom. It may have been from the pipes to the shower. The towels smelled like a wet dog even though they were dry!

Location: Downtown Short North quick walk away, dining drinks, night life and pizza....
Well our we came in from Texas for a Ohio Visit. Our plan was 4.5 late. We called ahead for at late check in. The staff was kind and courteous about are late check in. We got in at Midnight and grabbed an awesome pizza before getting to the Hotel at 1AM. We had requested the executive room. Room was not huge, but nice view of Downtown with high ceilings. We were on the top floor, which was nice and quite, with access to private lounge and breakfast during M-F we felt very high society about that perk. During Sat-Sun we got breakfast vouchers for Max & Erma's which is a 30 sec walk out the door across the Valet Lane. We used the Valet in an out service for our rental car. Which was a fairy fair rate for the City, and in out service all day and night is great. The shower is the only downer. I'm 6'1 so the water hits my chest, and it was bit small shower for the price.... Overall my wife and I plan to only stay there from now on. The location, price, staff and ease of use is great. The lobby is great place to visit. Oh and a snazzy little coffee bar was a perk....

close to nationwide arena

Pros: walking distance to nationwide arena
Cons: put a new pool in with jacuzzi or hot tub
Location: nationwide arena and convention center.several restaurants and bars also
spent 2 days. nice experience. very friendly,helpful staff

Great stay for Arnold Sports Festival.

Pros: Quiet, clean, easy access to convention center and restaurants.
Cons: Regular pillows.
Hotel was good choice for our needs. However we hated the pillows! They were tiny and there weren't enough of them for 3 people.

Low ceilings, drying off with sandpaper would have been an improvement over these uber rough towels. You have no choice but to pay $24 a night to valet your car. There is no place to park while you check in. The lamp outlets are too confined to use an Apple charger.

Nationwide Arena Concert

Pros: Cleanliness of room, close to venue we were attending
Cons: Lobby could be more inviting...seemed a little plain for such a nice hotel.
Location: Nationwide area is basically two short blocks away and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy and safe walking.
My friend and I came to Columbus for the Nickelback Concert at Nationwide Arena and chose this Hotel for the value and proximity to the venue. The room was clean and comfortable...elevators were very quick. We loved the valet parking - very fast and efficient, even though we came in when many others were arriving. The lobby staff was efficient and took care of everything very professionally. We will stay here again when coming to town for our favorite music!

Very disappointed with customer service

I was promised a king bed when booking with you. I was checked in and not told we where given a queen & there was nothing to be done due to using a third party booking. Keys to room did not work. Very unhelpful when talking to front desk. Room service was rude when ordering. I would not be employed if I treated my patients in this manner. horrible!
