Reasonable cost; close to highway.Posted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Location; check in was easy and quick.
Cons: Attention to detail when cleaning the rooms.
Location: I was there for a concert at Ohio Stadium. Easy access to the stadium.
I selected Days Inn Columbus Fairgrounds based upon the cost and the location. It is right off the highway and was only 2 miles from my destination. I was only staying overnight and wasn't going to be spending time on the property, so I wasn't looking for a lot of extras. There were few issues. I bring my own toiletries when I travel, but it was apparent the lid was not sealed on the little shampoo bottle. I checked and it was just placed on top. There was something in the sink, it looked like a little piece of a kernel of un-popped popcorn. There were white strings in the bath tub; looked like they were off a towel. Major cleaning issues were taken care of; the bed was freshly made; carpet clean, clean counters, new soaps, towels, clean ice bucket, and glasses. I could live with the little things that were wrong; I basically just needed a place for a couple of hours sleep. If you are planning on staying on the property for a while, or are very picky, you may want to look elsewhere.

Convenient locationPosted Jun 1, 2015
Cons: Fix the pool, add an on-site restaurant. Not really interested in eating McDonald's, which shares the parking lot just about.
Location: ohio expo center, stadiums, etc.
Decent room, but wish they had a taller chair for the table that served as a desk, or a true desk and chair setup for working on a laptop.

perfect locationPosted May 26, 2015
Cons: TV reception, shower curtain (addressed immediately)
Location: In town for a concert--that venue and Days Inn were all of Columbus we saw.
close to the venue we were visiting, price was right; 2 issues with the room were immediately addressed by a friendly and helpful staff..Good value.

Convenient to Ohio State FairgroundsPosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Walking distance to Ohio State Fairgrounds
Cons: Cleanliness Ease of opening exterior door Coffee pot in the room
Location: Ohio State fairgrounds across the street
No coffee pot in the room. No iron in the room. Power outage in the room and part of the hotel on April 10th to have it return sometime thru the night. Exterior hotel door was difficult to open, after unlocking with key card.

One night OKPosted Apr 6, 2015 on Hotels
We came for a Swap meet and it was convenient. Room was adequate, bed a little short for some one over 6 foot tall. It was OK for the one night.
