The room was dirty. There was stains on the carpet, stains on the bed. The room smelt like mildew and we found an earring on the floor. We went through Expedia and paid $80 for the night and I'm telling you, that staying In that room....they should have paid me!

DON'T STAY AT THIS LOCATIONPosted Jun 25, 2015
Cons: This facility needs a total overhaul and better training of its staff.
I asked about AARP rates when I checked in. The receptionist said he didn't know how to apply the rates, but that the manager would do so in the morning. When we got to the room, the rug was filthy and looked like it has never been cleaned. We turned on the light in the bathroom, and was met by the biggest roach every scurrying across the tub. My husband caught the critter and flushed it down the toilet. As he was flushing, he noticed "stuff" on the toilet seat. We decided to go to another hotel. My husband told the receptionist, the same one who didn't know how to apply the AARP rates, we wanted to cancel the reservation and have the money refunded. He replied that he didn't know how and that the manager would have to do it. My husband asked for the manager and was told he was not there. He then demanded that receptionist get someone who could do the refund....low and behold the manager appeared. I will NEVER again book a reservation at this location.

Keycard didn't work. Lady next door said previous people couldn't get in either. Next room was very touchy about opening, but was clean. Tub had been repainted but was chipping again. Found a much nicer hotel for less money for second night.

Very dirtyPosted Jun 22, 2015
We arrived and the pool was closed it's June. All of the lights were unplugged and half of them were burnt out. The blow dryer fell off of the wall, and there were only sheets on the beds that had stains on them!! I feel that $115.00 a night was too much for this room! Oh and I guess I booked a smoking room when I asked if it would be more money to get a nonsmoking they said yes?!!! When is it more money for nonsmoking

It was cheap for a reason. Bathroom flooded during shower, half the channels didn't come in, still using tube televisions, bedsheets had stains and dead bugs stuck on them. I was told password for Internet but realized there was no wifi to be found.

STAY AWAYPosted Jun 12, 2015
I have been in some dumps before, but this was the most expensive dump I've stayed in. There were cockroaches, my wife killed one with the still wrapped roll of toilet paper and the one that she missed ducked in behind the mirror. We had to leave the bathroom light on because I went in there at 1 am and flipped the light on and little black bugs scattered.

Disgusting floors!Posted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Replace all carpeting and keep clean.
The floors on our first story room seemed damp. Then we looked at my toddler's feet after she had been walking around on the carpet for about an hour and they were TOTALY BLACK WITH DIRT. Disgusting!

Worst Room Ever!Posted Jun 7, 2015
my photos say more than I can. I got put in a smoking room but could not get non because they were all taken when I arrived. Had to clean the room (wipe down bathroom door, light switches, chair arms and upholstery. Removed and cleaned A/C filters. Went to Target and bought blanket, pillow and pillowcase to avoid touching the bed.
