“It is what it is”

This hotel is one of those "is what it is" places. Not in a great neighborhood but not far from the major Columbus sites. The bed slept well and the a/c worked well. There was actually a fridge AND a microwave in our room which weren't actually listed in the amenities. The free wifi didn't work the first 2 days of our stay but they said it was their provider messing it up. It eventually got fixed and was of reasonable speed. There's a lot of great things about this hotel. It's close to everything, nice (and unexpected) amenities, super cheap price, free parking, and it's more or less got a mcdonalds in the parking lot. The downsides though, it's in a rough neighborhood, the staff is helpful, but communication was difficult. It took me talking to 3 different people before I could discern what was going on with the wifi. Also, on the second to last day of my stay I had to go rekey our cards because they randomly stopped working. That stuff is minor though, the neighborhood is really the only MAJOR downside about this hotel.

“This is exactly what it is.........a Value Hotel”

This hotel worked for my group because it was so close to Columbus Crew Stadium. I normally like to stay in nice, fancy hotels, but this was a budget trip and all we wanted was a bed, shower, and toilet for cheap. The price was perfect for our budget, and with that price, I expected exactly what I got. While the hotel looked run down, it did have a daily breakfast. Lots of TV Channels as well. I would only recommend staying here if you are planning on attending an event at the OHIO fairgrounds or Columbus Crew Stadium. I would choose another hotel if you are doing your visiting in downtown Columbus. And there is a 24 hour McDonald's right next door which was great for after the match.

Electronic key worked intermittently, alarm clock broken, dead bolt not working, water faucet loose on sink. However, the hotel staff was efficient, the location was great and the price was right. Stay here for convenience and price not for luxury.

“Crew stadium hotel, not our first choice next time”

The price was right and near the staduim (2 walking blocks). However the hotel was older, the check in was poor. The free breakfast was just donuts. The is a much nicer hotel right next door. Next time it will be the other hotel or out on the loop. The neiberhood is a little run down and there were any convience stores or resturant besides McDonalds anywhere near.

“Great Choice for the Buckeye Game”

Very helpful. Let us check in 4 hours early! Amenities were in the GREATEST shape, but things were clean and super comfortable. If you need to stay an evening before a buckeye game, this will definitely do. Just a cheap taxi ride or a nice morning walk over.

“Not impressed”

Although the room was clean,the toilet paper was almost empty & I had to go get more. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. My bed was not on the frame well & I hit my ankle on it which was quite painful. With a little more care to room detail, the stay could have been great.
