Drapes in room had stains that looked like blood. Also the toilet in the bathroom had huge damage on outside the bowel and it looked like a really bad fix to hide the damage

This property was nothing like it was advertised to be. I took my boyfriend there for our 6 year anniversary and truly couldn’t be more disappointed. I hate complaining but we drove three hours to stay at this hotel. We had to go back and fourth to the front desk several times because our room keys wouldn’t work. The room keys wouldn’t allow us into the pool area. We had to have someone let us in the pool area each time we wanted to go. We were told that the bar would be open at 5pm and it wasn’t open by the time we left for dinner at 8pm. The staff told us for the inconvenience we could have free breakfast, however when we went to eat breakfast, the man told us that we weren't allowed. overall, I'm just very disappointed and unsatisfied.

From check in until we left it was really awful. I booked two rooms. Went to check in and gave my name and the front desk person checked me in and gave me one room key. So I asked about the second room and he said “ how was I supposed to know you had two rooms? “ I don’t know maybe because you work here and are looking at the reservations? Does the system really not show that I booked two? I did it in the same transaction. We did not get rooms near each other. The entire hotel smelled like weed. Half the lights and outlets didn’t work, there was old trash under the pull out sofa, it was just purely awful. So disappointed.

The check in took more than 40 minutes with no explanation. One thing f the exterior doors did not close and was not secured. There were several times during my one night stay that I had to go to the hall and ask people to please quiet down.

The pot holes were over due to be repaired in parking lot. I liked having an outside door near my room. Wasn’t thrilled that the Expedia App was not updated with regard to no restaurant facilities Monday and Tuesday night which is why I chose to stay there. Long road trip, want to have food with me before I check in or in the hotel, I had neither bcs it was advertised to have a restaurant. The front where you drive up to check in, was hit by a truck seems like a while ago, looks awful as a first impression, not having stayed there before, I was driving coast to coast, and have had some pretty disappointing and downright nasty experiences, luckily the inside isn’t like the outside. But if I were driving up and didn’t book room ahead, I wouldn’t have gone in.

I got here at 9pm to check in and had to wait about 45min because the rooms were not clean yet do to staff shortage and our room cards did not work the entire first night, anytime we left the room a maintenance or security guard had to open our room for us! I felt bad for the workers at the front desk who had to deal with alot of angry guest for the same reasons.

Stayed here many times and it has always been a great place to stay. We've always enjoyed our stay. The only thing we missed is the breakfast buffet. The charge for breakfast has raised way out of our limit in price. The breakfast is great but the charge is just to high.

Really like this place but our rooms soap dispenser in the shower was empty and both bed side lamps did not work as well as one light in bathroom. Not a huge inconvenience because we only stayed one night but was a tiny disappointment.

The staff was ok but it was one front desk worker who look like he didn’t want to work because every time I had a problem he had an attitude and the linen was dirty had other people’s hair all over it.

The cleanliness of the facility was not even close to acceptable. There were stains on the walls, damaged drywall/paint chipping off the walls, and just overall felt very…unsatisfactory when you think about normal hotel cleanliness.

The rooms were nice and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. The nightshift reception staff was a but curt but the morning staff was very courteous and friendly. I was surprised the rlevator had a maintenance order on file for how nice the hotel was. Nicest hotel ive stayed at. The area was safe and quiet
