“Bad impression”

The room specification I requested were not meet. They had vacant non-smoking rooms with a single queen size bed, but they had not been "made up' at the time I checked in. So I ended up with a dirty room that had two double beds and smelled of tar and tobaco I used air freshener I got at the front desk which helped, but after 4 or 5 hours in the room making my appointments I packed up and moved on to another place to stay. I'll not go there again on my frequent stop overs!!!
