Room was immaculate and the shuttle to and from the airport & Easton Town Center was very convenient.

Well rested!

Pros: The cleanliness.
Location: Airport is very close. There are fast food restaurants within walking distance. Easton Town Center (shopping center) is about 10 minutes away.
After a very busy week, my husband and I were ready to get some rest at this hotel before heading to the airport the next day. After checking in we realize that our room was close to the elevators and near the balcony to the lobby and thought that it would be too loud. Fortunately as we walked into the room we realize that there was a bedroom. We didn't even need to shut the door to help with noise. Also being so close to the airport we thought the plane noise would keep us up, honestly, you didn't even notice it. The rooms were clean and décor is lovely. We definitely enjoyed our stay and if we are ever back on Columbus, will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel close to the airport

A wonderful hotel with a great price. Then only thing was the staff started cleaning up breakfast too early

good stay

Pros: real clean
Cons: no nice restaurants near hotel
Location: downtown is close great area by the convention center. North Market is awesome
Very nice hotel. Real close to downtown (takes 10 mins). Managers reception was very nice and the staff was super friendly.

Clean room & great amenities!

Pros: Location to the airport
Cons: Customer service could be slightly better. Hotel should honor all request that are reasonable.
Location: Don't know. Was there one day on business
Stayed during a business trip. Great, clean hotel. My only very slight disappointments were that they put me in a handicap room. I am a fairly tall guy and had to set on the bench in the handicap shower. The other disappointment was I had a meeting that would run into the early afternoon. My wife was traveling with me. I asked the front desk for a late check out. I was told 1 pm. I asked if my wife could stay until housekeeping came to clean our particular room to minimize the amount of time my wife would have to sit in the lobby waiting for my meeting to end. I was told no. Since my suggestion would not have impacted the room being cleaned on time for the next guest, I thought my request was reasonable and sensible. I would think a hotel of this caliper would be a little more creative in granted a simple request.

There was a lady busy doing something when we went to check out the restaurant..but were not sure if we wanted to go sit down...and she came to talk to us and we had several questions about the menu..and not once did she ever seem impatient with us or act like she had other things to do..she answered every question and was very knowledgeable about the menu..we believe her name was Janelle. She even took our order for us..even though we wanted to take it to our room...and encouraged us to have a drink at the bar (inwhich we had a few)...and came and found us when the food was ready. And she always checked with us during the duration of the food cooking..asked if we would like one of the appetizers while we waited for the rest..and the steak was cooked a PERFECT medium!...I would have waited hours for that steak...although we only waited about 20 mins. Another great thing I would like to mention is we were there for a wedding..and the day of the wedding..it starts storming and I am freaking out because I didnt pack an umbrella and the people at the front desk allowed me to borrow an umbrella and just return it when I got back....not sure if it was someones umbrella or if this is something you offer...but a Huge Thank You!! Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Columbus Ohio area!

They need more help!

Pros: Resort like atmosphere. Reception and breakfast buffet.
Cons: Earlier check-in. Too late now, but having the toilet separate from the rest of the bath so more than one person can get ready at a time.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel was a good value, but they need more staff. We wanted lunch before we could check-in and the barista at the lobby coffee bar seated us and serve as our waiter. It took a really long time to get our food and our check. There was a Manager's Reception from 5:30-7:30, but only 1 young woman at the bar, and no one to clean the tables of dirty plates and glasses. The breakfast buffet was the same: good food choices and an egg station, but only 2 women to clean tables and restock. (In both case a gentleman in a suit finally started busing tables.) We were there to relax and visit, so it wasn't a problem really, but if I were traveling or on any kind of "schedule" I think the experience would have been annoying.

Shurtle was already at airport and drivers were very nice and helpful. Great bed had restful nights.

a night at Embassy Suites

Pros: We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and our room and the size of our suite. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had some trouble with the wireless internet, but this might have been a temporary problem. Label dishes during manager's welcome.
Location: The location was very close to the airport which was our primary concern.
My wife and son were coming to Columbus on a late flight, so we decided it would be better to relax and stay overnight and then go home the next day. The hotel shuttle was very convenient and the driver was very friendly. The hotel was very nice. Our room was spacious and very clean. It would be nice if they could label the dishes during the manager's welcome.
