This place sucks

Pros: Nothing - the staff ruined it
Cons: Fire the staff
Location: I was there for business and did not see any of the attractions
The staff was horrible and rude i have never run into such a staff at any other hilton. I am a diamond member for over 5 years and could not believe how ignorant these people were.

Very nice, clean hotel, comfortable beds, nice big clean bathroom and shower. Friendly staff, we really loved Sayid for the shuttle service. Kids really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. We also really enjoyed the managers reception every night.

Location: Light traffic, near the airport.
My wife and I stayed here on our wedding night as we were flying out early the next morning. The staff was excellent, the room was very nice, and our shuttle driver was very knowledgable. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Pros: Conveniently located by airport but no noise!!
Location: Columbus zoo. COSI museum with great childrens area.
Great accommodations for family. Separate room for parents with pullout sofa for kids. Plenty of space in suite room for 5 guests. Free breakfast that is cooked to order. Great staff!!

Housekeeping lacking

Pros: The bed was comfortable and breakfast is good.
I'm sure it's uncharacteristic, but housekeeping just skipped our room. We had three people staying in the suite and paid extra for the additional guests but were undersupplied with toiletries. Beds not made. Kleenex container empty. Unfortunate oversight. When my husband reported this to the front desk they were slightly apologetic, but mostly unconcerned. We had booked through Expedia, not the hotel, so it seemed like they didn't care. I

Over billed me for our stay!

They arbitrarily cancelled our $541 Expedia reservation at midnight of our first night to stay there, and slipped a bill for $730 under our door, prior to checkout. After a very stressful discussion at the front desk they lowered the bill somewhat but still overrode and over billed us. We were going to miss flight so we never got the matter solved.

Pros: The hospitality.
Cons: Were easy people to please, so in our case absolutely nothing
Location: My wife, daughter and mother in law were there for the shopping at the Easton Town Center. I enjoyed the recommended golf at Bent Tree Golf Club
The staff and guests were very friendly and were a great help in our experience for the first time in Columbus Ohio. Excellent facilities. We will definitely stay there on our next trip there. Keep up the great customer service.

Loved the room and especially the shower! And the hotel staff were all very friendly and courteous.
