“Pleasant stay”
very Pleasant. will definitely stay again. Friendly, courteous, clean, close to everything. very satisfying stay.
“Good, but....”
The room was nice and clean, but I couldn't get over the smell. It seems like many of the customers would get a non smoking room and smoke in them anyway. It left a funny smell in the room itself. Nothing air freshner and wickless candles didn't cure. It was exactly what I paid for.
“No Frills, nothing fancy, and worth every dollar!”
I've stayed in rooms that were twice the price yet half as pleasing. This was a no frills room. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were all nice. For the price, it's a no brainer!! I will stay again!
“the room , hotel”
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was convent to anywhere you would need to go.
“In a sketchy part of town.”
I stayed only two nights while I looked for permanent housing, and during those two nights I didn't feel very safe. The hotel is located in a sketchy part of town, so as a single woman alone it wasn't the safest place I've stayed at. If you have someone with you, it may be a completely different experience. The room was okay, the noise level was descent, and the hotel service was fine. I wouldn't recommend it to friends and family coming to visit Columbus. There are better hotels in Columbus.
“Not bad.”
Not a bad hotel, but it's next to the highway so the rooms at the back can be a bit noisy. The office staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
“Will not stay there again”
We stayed there for 5 nights visiting our son at Ft. Benning, and from the beginning we were given a room next to a guest that was smoking like a chimeney, we asked for a non smoking room due to our children. The rooms are pretty old. Not impressed. For about $20 more you can stay a higher class hotel down the street. Some of my relatives did. We spent most of the time at their hotel room then at ours. This is not a good investment.
“In Hot Water”
During our stay we were in 3 rooms. We initially checked in and the noise from the interstate 85 kept us up all night. We changes room the next day. The 2nd night there was no cold water, so I was unable to use the shower. So the 3rd morning we moved to again. The 4th evening again no cold water. My husband went down to the main desk and concierge said there was a problem with the water as the fire department was working on the lines. She said she would bleed the hot water lines for 15 minutes then to try again. It did work, but it was a pain to have to unpack and pack 3 times. I would not stay at this hotel in Columbus again. The staff was very helpful and we did receive a free night for our trouble.
“Cheap but not worth it”
The lobby/front desk is not open 24 hours, there is no public restroom available if you arrive and your room is not ready you will have to find a restroom somewhere else. Don't leave anything in your room when the housekeeping staff is in your room.
“Visit to Columbus, GA”
Everything about the stay was just ok. We were disappointed that we had to wait 45 minutes to check into our room due to no staff being present when we got there. We were also given a room on the back side of the facility which was very loud due to the proximity of the highway.
