Nothing stands out. Thats about it. Decent, would recommend, but i wouldnt go back. Do not recommend stayin for breakfast. A few store bought muffins, which we had to ask for. Coffee, nothing else. Luke warm water to.make oatmeal. Pretty pathetic with potential for much more. Lots of key issues..for multiple guests. Ice machine didnt work on our floor. Its the 'little' things that make a good stay, this hotel didnt have that

Helpful people checking in, then never saw any employees again. No answer at the front desk that night or at checkout. Less than expected for the price point.

Great location

Nice hotel in a nice section of Columbus. Great location to nearby soccer park. Dining close by. 'Grab n Go' breakfast was disappointing but we did have a kitchen in the room. Overall good experience.

Pros: Price from Expedia
Cons: Clerks! Better breakfast offerings.
Location: Columbus, OH AT Polaris Mall.
Took over 35 minutes to check in!! Two clerks, one on phone the whole time and other one was apparently new helping someone else whose confirmation didn't book the rooms. Mine was fine once they got to me. Hallways were filled with cigarette smoke upon entering side entrance and parking was filled with pickups and duellies w/trailers.

Updates were decent but not all that's needed here

Pros: The bed.
Cons: More staffing; bedding and towel availability (they don't have bedding for the pull out couches in the rooms); provide shampoo and other amenities.
Location: Great location if you're interested in shopping at Polaris. Easy to get to OSU and the zoo from this location also. It's right off I-71.
It was apparent that the hotel was recently updated (renovated) with new paint and decor, but that's not enough to make this a hotel I would stay at again. The staff was very sparse as were necessities such as bedding and towels. This happened to be the one trip I forgot to pack my shampoo and they don't provide this in the rooms. It was apparent that the rooms were not cleaned with much care as we found crumbs and food wrappers on the floors and under chairs in both rooms we were in. We had to be moved from the first room we were given because the a/c unit was broken and it got up to 78 degrees in there. We were told that was a known problem with several rooms after their "renovations" were done. The woman who checked us in was nice, but seemed very stressed out, and when my daughter in law brought her bag in through the front doors she told her they don't like people to do that and to bring them in from a side door. The woman working the front desk at night was very nice and very accommodating, but seemed to be running the whole hotel herself. They definitely need more staffing here. The one good thing I will say about this hotel is the bed (not the pull out couch bed!). We found he bed was very comfortable.

Loud and uncomfotable

This hotel is clean and it was very accessible off the freeway. However the room was not cozy and the bed was not comfortable at all. Be sure to bring your own toiletries. You can hear everyone walking in the rooms above you as well as the showers in the adjacent rooms. "free breakfast" means grab and go - muffins, coffee and granola bars. I will not be staying here again

Cleanliness Of hotel was fine but they didn't offer things like shampoo & lotion in the rooms Or a free popcorn for the microwave. Those are minor things as we always bring our own, lol. Stay was very comfy !!!!

They said they have cribs available until we arrived at which point they said they never had cribs. Bring your own pack & play.
