The place was basic but that was ok for a one night stay. Comfortable. Quiet. There was a wash cloth left behind between the 2 shower curtains. Hopefully by the cleaning staff-otherwise ewwww. But the bathroom was clean.

The staff is amazing, my room personally was super clean as if I was the only person who's stayed in it. The staff makes you feel welcomed from day one and like family. Glad that I chose this extended stay and it's literally 5mins from work couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

I had booked 2 rooms. One under my name and one under my daughter's names. When we arrived my daughter stated she did not have her ID. Shonate was extremely helpful by advising me how to change the reservation with hotels.com. She is very personable and explained the hotels policy in a very easy way to understand them. Upon checkout she was still there and congratulated my granddaughters on winning their competition for cheerleading. I would definitely consider this location again if I need to return to the Columbus Ohio area.

They were having trouble with their hot water, but failed to tell us on check-in, and the water was only lukewarm in our room, which they couldn’t fix at that time. I’ve stayed here before with no issues.

Place had a bad smell to it. Interior of room and hallways was run down. Beds were just metal frames. Closet had a curtain for a door. Lobby smelled like they just cooked a fish dinner. Check in girl wearing fuzzy slippers. Price did not meet expectations.

Each staff member was spectacular. I wasn't expecting that. The room was nice. The water temperature/pressure in the shower was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the AC/heat (used them both in the fall!) worked really well. I'd suggest a talk with the internet provider to get more stable service. Reliable, high-speed internet access shouldn't be an issue in November 2023.

Our room was very nice with a comfy bed. We did hear a lot of overhead noise from upstairs. Check in and out was easy and the front desk staff was pleasant.

The staff was excellent. Property was outdated. Something black was stuck to shower wall, I was able to wipe it off with rag. No hair dryer in bathroom. Reasonable accommodations for the price.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The "breakfast" was an overstatement and shouldn't be listed as offering breakfast: if you consider muffins in plastic, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee, breakfast, I feel sorry that your breakfast expectations and experiences are so low.

Meh...I've stayed in worse
Front desk person wasn't the most personable or welcoming. Checking in felt as though we were interrupting her. She had her shoes off and was very short in her tone. I understand everyone is busy, but it didn't make us feel welcomed at all. When she rattled off the amenities, it was so fast we didn't understand a word she said. Next thing we knew, she shoved a paper under the glass that told us about the amenities. Thankfully, it was only one night and close to where we needed to be. Overall, the hotel was dated but clean.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Beds are firm hubby loved it, i did not lol. Quiet, hardly heard anything through the walls. Tv could have been bigger, wish more hotels would get the shower nozzle that comes off the wall for all rooms. Breakfast was a grab and go, no juice or milk for the kids.
