Room smelled like stale cigarettes.

Pros: Location close to our designation.
Cons: Tell travelers if your perks of the hotel don't work before making reservations.
Room was cold when we first walked in. It really smelled of stale cigarettes. Couldn't figure out why there was so much noise in the room. Someone had left the window open behind the curtians all night. When I told the Hotel staff the next morning. They were less than interested since we booked through Expedia. We came to relax and use the pool and hot tub. This is the reason we picked out this hotel to stay at. The pool was ice cold. No towels to use. The hot tub had tape strung across it saying out of order. The hotel staff did not care about our concerns. Went to get hot coffee off the coffee bar in the lobby. No reg coffee available.

Arrived an hour after check in time. They said rooms aren't clean I could wait there. I told them I would be right back ran to the store for 39 mins comeback still not ready. I waited in my car and called corporate. After almost two hours my room was ready but only because I called corporate. The said they had two call offs from house keeping and that they were sold out and not use to being so busy. I understand but I paid months in advance I needed to get ready and I missed 2 hours of something I paid a lot of money to see and do. I also missed quality time with friends and family. This was Friday I can't imagine that they had that many dirty rooms to clean from Thursday. To add to the matter the manager told me that corporate thought I was a Marriott member and that's why they were so concerned .. Once they found out I booked through Expedia It wasn't as important.. He said you are still a paying customer so we will take care of you ... Seriously!!! Wow! Other than that initial problem everything was fine. Nice room, breakfast very nice. Just will never stay with a Marriott group hotel again.

Very nice affordable hotel within range of downtow

Stayed here for an event downtown. Is on the outskirts but right off interstate so you can access downtown quickly. Very affordable and staff was nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. My wife likes a hot tub. Unfortunately theirs was down.. Only disappointment. Also close to casino as well if that's your thing. Would definitely stay here again next time in Columbus

Very nice room. Pleasant staff. Good buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. Having a good in-motel breakfast saves about $20 off the price of the room. Very conveniently located off the highway with lots of restaurants nearby for dinner.

Pros: We liked the cleanliness. We also liked the continental breakfast.
Cons: The TV's, the bathrooms, the loudness of the doors when they close,... A lot of things could be improved.
Location: The location was perfect. We drove about 25 minutes to get to the big mall (the Easton Town Center) and that was awesome.
The hotel itself was nice. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the guests all around us were extremely loud. We could not sleep. The walls are definitely paper-thin because we could even hear when the guests next to us dropped the toilet seat to use the bathroom. Also, the hotel room doors are very loud when they close and when a guest on the floor closed their door it jolted us awake from the noise. Only certain basic channels on our small TV worked. Channels like TBS, TLC, ABC FAMILY, FX all had "no service". Also, the pool was unavailable, and, though this is a small thing, there was no hair-dryer. Very disappointing. We won't be coming back.

I want to apologize about the noise you experience during your recent stay. We are working on a plan to have noise eliminated as much as possible on the weekends. I hope that you will give us another chance if your travels bring you to Columbus again.

Not impressed

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: nicer shampoo, soap. Pool and spa tub operational.
Location: Location is nice. Not too far from downtown with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.
Husband and I chose this hotel because of indoor pool and spa tub. Upon check in there was a sign posted at the front desk stating both were closed/inoperable. We voiced our disappointment but nothing was done. (Not sure if they could have moved us to a different property nearby if we hadn't booked through Expedia.) At least a room upgrade would have been nice; our king room was tiny. No fridge or microwave. Internet was slow. Toiletries were not impressive for the price of the room.

Short trip to see friends & celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary, but also his birthday. It was a good short stay .

Friendly and comfortable

Pros: Every employee we encountered was very friendly
Cons: When booking sports teams try to section them all together, to keep them away from general. I realize they are kids having fun. I'm old and grumpy
We were just staying for one night. Everyone was very friendly and our room was cleaner than most and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean also. Would recommend
