Rude courtesy bus driver and unprofessional check in. Fitness equipment does not work. Oh and too expensive. Need I say more?

The internet was terrible

Pros: Price and convenience
Cons: Internet hi-speed
My hi-speed was on and off all the time, I would call the front desk and they would have their Provider reboot the modem almost twice a day. It was just not a good connection at all. I was advised that it would be get checked out on Monday . I hope they fix this because Internet is a necessity for some

Really nice hotel

I enjoyed my short stay at Four Points! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. One thing I hope they consider including continental breakfast as part of the room cost in the future. I would definitely stay again!!!!!!

It was a pretty nice. Quiet hotel. My floor in my room needed swept and the phone didn't work, but it was fine for a one night stay. I would stay there again

This hotel is very convenient to the airport, with ample parking, etc. The disappointment was that the hotel's common spaces weren't very clean or well-maintained. The room was very clean and nice but the halls, elevator, lobby, etc. needed some attention. This is an independently operated location, so perhaps that has something to do with it.

Hotel was very clean and had a nice restaurant on location which is nice as there was not much other food options near by (except for a sub shop and a pizza shop). Free coffee. Less than 10 min from downtown as well.

The hotel was extremely noisy. You could hear every footstep in the hall or the floor above. (including the guy snoring in the adjacent room). The WiFi wasn't working and the satellite TV would flicker in and out on certain stations. I'm not a complainer, but they have some quality issues.

Was looking for a weekend get-a-way in Columbus for wedding anniversary. Low key but expecting a bit more as this was recommended due it's proximity to the Easton Area which was nice. Room was fine, staff was friendly however the bed was NOT GOOD at all. Actually, my wife didn't sleep at all which made for a difficult next day. Thank you for the opportunity to offer our perspective

it was my first time in Columbus. I was in town for a wedding for a friend who I was in the Marine Corps with. The hotel ended up being close to the reception hall.the accommodations were better than I had expected. I would definitely stay in that hotel again.
