Decent place to stay.

Pros: Friendly staff, always with a smile.
Cons: Work on the bathroom layout. You might add a sign showing the best way to get back to the interstate. Making a left onto Polaris was nearly impossibl
Location: Its a good location, right in the midst of all the commercial activity on Polaris.
Accomodations were acceptable. Most of the hotel appears to have been renovated recently. One area that was a problem for my wife was the bathroom. The paper holder was too far from the toilet. The seat was broken and wobled/slid around. There were no hooks to hang anything on. I didn't think it was all that bad though.

Location: The hotel is close to Polaris Mall and the shops across from the mall. We were able to walk to Polaris Grill for dinner and the hotel had a $20 coupon
My sisters and I stay near Polaris for a few days every summer. I always look for the best deal in deciding on which hotel to choose. Four Points was great! We loved the comfortable queen size beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. I hope they offer the best deal next summer because we would be pleased to return.

Wrong # of beds

Indicated I needed 2 queen beds, placed me in a room with1 king. They upgraded us to a deluxe room with a pullout couch, which was nice, BUT not what I ordered. 4 Points was extremely nice but blamed it on Expedia.

Quick one night stay

Pros: The hotel was clean and quiet.
Cons: Better in room coffee, and a refrigerator.
Location: I was attending a conference in Westerville.
It was a quick trip - over night. It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet.

Pros: Clean, well kept up, quiet, relaxing
Cons: Could have used a frig in the room and parking was somewhat a concern
Location: In the middle of a large retail district with some interesting entertainment facilities. Great access to the rest of Columbus, too
Nice clean hotel with very elegant facilities. Close to what we had traveled to Columbus for and had the amenities we needed

Cons: Have someone go over the rooms after they have been cleaned to make sure the room was properly cleaned.
Location: The hotel is in a great area, especially for dining.
The lobby of the hotel is nice. The room was nice, but seemed unfinished. There were nicks on the bathroom tub and it didn't look totally clean. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, as there was an empty beer can and water bottle on the floor near the beds as well as some pretzels scattered. Te curtain didn't completely close, which allowed people to see into the room (we were on the first floor) and light to enter the room when trying to sleep. Lastly, the skirts of both beds had yellow stains on them (the color of mustard).

Pros: Clean facility.
Cons: Update Expedia so that they don't advertise two queen bed rooms if they are not available.
Nice hotel. Very nice staff. Easy access from highway. Nice restaurant.

Shower head broke no hot water but was fixed. Couldn't get two dbl beds had to sleep three ppl in a king. No continental breakfast. Kids breakfast meal took 45 min. Had to leave so couldn't get it.

No Queen Room

During check in, I found that the 2 queen bed room that I booked had been changed to a king bed room. They were unwilling to make a change. A rollaway bed was provided. Other than that, the experience was okay.

I had a late arrival, front desk was pleasant with no issues. My room was clean. Ice machines / vending machines was close by. Exercise room was large and clean as well.
