Employees were fantastic!! The only issue I had was being in the room by the elevator shaft. It was very loud and kept me up. The employees made up for it!!

Nice hotel close to our destination.

Pros: The location and comfort beds after a long drive.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Close to the University of Ohio, the reason for our staying at this hotel.
We stayed one night room was clean, some problem with wi-fi but nothing major. Breakfast was good.

Near Airport

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Noise level of adjacent rooms and brighter more appealing lighting in hallways and in rooms
Location: Just good for airport travel..poor for thing to do
Room was connected to another room with locked door..the party that had the other connected room you could hear every word of a conversation..even late into the night.Room 122 which was my room was near exit to outside door and people would let it slam shut coming and going all evening. Not a great place to get some shut eye...or a good meal close by.

No sleep in Room 217

Posted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: Loation
Cons: See comments above.
Location: Airport.
Hopefully, it's just Room 217, but I travel a lot and this is the most noise I have ever had to put up with in a hotel. I could overlook the loud heating unit and TV coming from the next room until 2am, but the constant noise of water rushing through pipes, followed by a vibration noise every 3 minutes was disturbing. Was I right next to the laundry or mechanical room or pump room for the pool? Also, the shower rod was hung too high and it was impossible to shower without soaking the floor. If they don't get longer shower curtains or lower the rod, the floors will rot and water will soon be leaking through the ceiling. Come on, Hampton. You're smarter than that. The rest of the hotel was great - fast shuttle service to and from the airport, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean enough room -- just avoid Room 217, unless the other rooms are loud as well. I just switched my loyalty from Marriott to Hilton. Have I made a mistake???
