Many comments to explain the terrible/one star review, but only going to mention one. Stuck in the elevator for 24 minutes on the first night, not only ruined my stay here but plans while there as well. Handicapped and had to walk up and down the stairs for the next three days because I refused to get back on either elevator.

Staff was excellent. Room and breakfast were just okay. Not really up to the Hampton standards. Room wasn’t very updated like most we normally stay at. Trim was missing from wall.

I’m sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. I have let maintenance know about the missing square of baseboard, thank you for bringing it to our attention. We have recently undergone a renovation that wrapped up a little under 6 months ago. During this reno we implemented Hiltons latest design package, that said it doesn’t suit everyone’s needs or tastes. We hope you continue to use Hilton during your travels.

No soap in the room. When checking out she would not provide a paper receipt I wanted, said I had to get it online from third party. I needed a paper receipt, travelling across border , don’t have a printer in my travel bag

I’m sorry about the confusion with the billing situation. Unfortunately, at the hotel we are unable to provide a receipt if you pay through the Expedia. We do not have access to the payment that you made to Expedia nor does the hotel know what you paid.

At approximately 2:10am, we had relentless violent pounding and screaming at our door. It was 2 men claiming we were in their room. It literally sounded like they were trying to beat the door down. Terrifying! This went on for a couple minutes. I finally talked them down through the door telling them we had been in the room since 9pm and they left. I immediately called the front desk and the attendant seemed unconcerned. The next morning, I reported again. The worker at the front desk assured us this is a safe area and nobody would ever to actually get in our room. He also said he was pretty sure he knew the group they were with because they stay at the hotel on weekdays every week and tend to go out and get drunk. I told the front desk this was easy to say from their point of view, but being awakened like that at 2:10am was miserable and neither of us got good sleep after. I will jot stay here again.

The Staff here made our trip. Tina and the guy who checked us in are the best. It was well worth the cost of the room. Beds were a bit stiff though.

Our room in the Hampton Inn in the Dublin Bridge Park area was spotless, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were typical for hotels, but good. The comforter on the king size bed was thick and warm. Our only issue was the room temperature. We set the thermostat to 68o/heat and by the morning, it felt like 80o. We would have been better off to leave it at 68o/cool. The room felt a bit cool when we arrived, but with the warm comforter, we would have been fine.

The stay was clean. Beds provided great nights sleep. But service could be a bit improved. When we checked in the hotel rep was caring and informative. Said our room would be serviced every other day. We checked in on Sunday. Checked out on Thursday. We did not receive clean towels, paper good (TP, tissues, cups) anytime during our stay. I had to stop at the desk to ask for TP and tissues. We really just needed a place to sleep, but better service would have been appreciated.

The staff called me at 1pm and canceled my reservation because of a water main issue. I was only 40 minutes away. The staff did not offer to help find another property and when asked, responded no. I’m probably not going to stay at another Hilton property.

Very clean and cozy with accommodating staff. Stayed for one night with our pups and really enjoyed our stay. The one and only downside was our very loud HVAC unit--we didn't sleep well due to the noise, but the beds and pillows were comfy!

We stayed in those compartments room and we can hear the noise coming from the other room and I didn’t rest because the stupid person decided to not hear the alarm from his phone it was ringing and ringing. Until stops the alarm goes ringing again like 3 times for so long. So by 7 am we decided to wake up because of the alarm that woke up us since 5am. Also we can hear all the people walking in the hallway. The restrooms were dirty.Around the sink were moldy.
