“Would definitely return to this Hampton”

Staff was friendly, continental breakfast nice, room/lobby was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I go every year. I like this hotel. The staff is friendly, and rooms are nice. A little too soft of bed and pillows, but it is very nice and prefect location to the mall. You can't get any closer.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff was courteous and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

“Nice hotel but pricey”

A typical Hampton Inn. Hotel was clean and neat. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. But for a "good buy" the rate was high for the area.

“Beware of the Smoking floor!”

We asked for a non smoking room and at check in were issued our keys for a non smoking room but it was surrounded on all sides with smoking rooms. We did not notice this until bedtime and thru out the night the smoke began working its way into our room making this very uncomfortable. At check out the next morning, I spoke to the desk about this issue and told them that for years of staying in hotels all over the country, I had never had odors come into my room from other rooms. All they offered me was that they would disinfect the rooms and reapply their odor eliminators. Great! I'm checking out today. How is this going to help me!. I was told by the hotel staff that in the future I ask to not be put on the smoking floor! Are you kidding me? I will be looking for non smoking hotels in the future and not be staying @ Hamptons anytime soon. On a sidenote, the pool was shut down in the evening and into the next day because of unsanitary conditions which disappointed our kids. We look for non smoking rooms and indoor pools when booking online. We got neither on this trip.
