“Very Nice Hotel”

Great location (Short North), within walking distance to Columbus' "nightlife". Very friendly staff. Pretty decent hot breakfast. Very quiet hotel. Overall, I was pleased and will recommend this hotel again.

“Outstanding Service”

We stayed at the hotel for a downtown wedding event. The hotel desk staff members were outstanding. They assisted with extra accomodations and were quick to respond on any of our requests. We were only there a short time but felt like we knew the different employees by the end of the weekend. Clifford is terrific. He made us laugh and feel great with his special greetings and songs. Your valet service is also very good. They were efficient and polite. We can't say enough about our visit. The hotels is close to everything and we would certainly return here.

The hotel was very clean, well decorated and the staff was very pleasant. I was hesitant at first, given that Expedia only had the hotel rated at 2.5 stars. This hotel should be rated at least 3.5 stars, if not 4. Great rooms and bedding, responsive staff, very nice hot breakfast. I would not hesistate to stay again. The only drawback is that there is only hotel valet parking: The valet staff was quick and courteous, but with frequent in/outs it gets a bit tedious.

We've stayed in a number of nearby hotels and would say this location is far, far better than the others. Very close to nightlife and shops is much better than staying downtown, which is pretty dull.

We loved the location of this hotel because the North Market is just across the street and the Nationwide Arena is within walking distance. There are also several restaurants and bars close by. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast bar was one of the most complete I've ever seen. The negatives are that the walls are very thin, making it difficult to sleep when you have night-owl next door neighbors, and you must valet park your car at a cost of around $25 per day.

“Great place to stay downtown!”

I think it's because this hotel goes so far out of their way to present the ultimate cleanliness that it's more obvious when you see dust or whatever. For instance, the AC in our room and windows were dusty. People such as my husband and I couldn't care less but others may be more nit picky. Other than that, great pool. Very clean. The fact that it's more downtown and I would guess more utilized by business travelers, I think the pool is more accessible by adults that just want to go for a swim and not be tortured by screaming kids that are running around reaking havok. The hotel breakfast- is hotel breakfast. Don't expect a gourmet meal.. expect your typical (slightly above average) hotel food. We would definitely stay again. Very close to everything. Within walking distance to Kooma (great sushi), the North Market.. a cross walk away from Japanese steakhouse. Can't wait to go back!
