the nearby north market was lovely! and it was directly across the street from the convention center -- incredibly convenient on short breaks in our day. loved the breakfast area with alot of warm food options -- including make your own waffles! delicious and an easy start to the day. 24-hour coffee and cold water available in the lobby -- area consistently clean and comfortable.

This building is outdated, literally has window AC units like a cheap motel, my room was moldy and made it hard to breathe. This place needs to be renovated.

It’s a great location for everything. Very thin walls though. The person next to us snored louder than a jet engine. A little disappointed when we spent a pretty penny for a nice nights rest and have to deal with that. Make sure to bring some ear plugs. You really can’t beat the location though. I would recommend doing the valet parking service. It’s actually more expensive parking on your own in the garage near the hotel.

We had a very nice stay for the most part. It was close to the concert venue and various restaurants so that was convenient. The Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We reserved the room and paid extra to have 2 queen beds and then a pull out in a room we could shut the doors to for the kids. The only problem we had was that the mattress on the pull out couch was very thin and worn. We also did not have pillows for the pull out and when I went to get some the hotel was out of them due to a lot of teams that weekend. The girls weren’t happy at first but they got over it. All in all it was a nice stay.

Check in was slow. No rooms available when we arrived, went on to our event, returned 2 hours later and still no room. Waited another 30 minutes on housekeeping to complete. Room was spacious, breakfast was good, and valet was phenomenal!!

When we checked-in the staff was AMAZING. So friendly and able to provide suggestions for dinner. The room was clean and trust me I check for all the little things and was very happy to know that it was all clean materials. The lobby and hallways were well lit and clean during our stay and it was St.Patty's weekend. The breakfast was impressive except for the hard boiled eggs that I could not get to peel. It was as if they were old and the shells would not come off, even with dipping them in water at the table to peel. The pool area on Friday evening was very clean and stocked with towels, on Saturday you could tell that families had been in there but it wasn't bad, however on Sunday morning at 8:30 am the pool area was trashed(garbage, open and partially empty alcohol bottles; no one had been in to clean up or replace towels. I would expect if the pool is open from 8am to 10 or 11pm that a staff member would clean it after it closed or before it opened. When I mentioned to the front desk staff when we checked out at noon (it was the same because we walked by it before checking out) they said, "oh well we are short staffed" The other issue I had was on Friday night it was extremely loud, like there was a party going on in the building or something because our room was on the inside of the building and the noise seemed to be coming from the "courtyard" area. The location was great, we were able to walk to Nationwide within 7 minutes and the market is less than a minute walk.

Staff, cliff was amazing. Super friendly and very kind. The breakfast room was very crowded. Seating was nice just where you get the food was small. Lots of construction around and across the street. Bars were kinda noisy at night. All in all a really nice hotel.

On one side is the convention center. The other North Market. Access to some of the best quick dining in the area less than a minute walk away. The front desk worker that checked me in was fantastic. Make me some agree a long day of work followed by a long drive. Downside: There's no ATM on site! Nearest 24hr is in convention center. Bring money ahead of time if you plan on tipping.

The only reason I wouldn’t give this all 5 stars, is the toilet paper was the worst I have ever have at any hotel. The soaps and lotions were not good either. I don’t really care for the new brand the Hamptons have gone to.

Good location, average but free breakfast, and a very friendly and professional staff. However, the bess were old and very soft/springy. We asked for the room to be cleaned with fresh towels the second day but never were accommodated. Valet parking was the only realistic option and was $35 per night. May return but will certainly consider other options.

Wonderful place for a last minute concert overnight getaway. Walking distance to short north bars and restaurants, and Nationwide arena. Valet parking and front desk staff were all very professional and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! Awesome overnight stay! Highly recommend!
