The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, great location, and a nice breakfast. My only complaint would be the beds were not that comfortable.

Pleased with stay

Pros: Breakfast, friendly staff, work out room, quality of hotel
Cons: Evening office worker the night I checked in was not friendly at all, a complete opposite than any other staff I have ever encountered at this hotel.
Location: Easton Center is very close, new stores being built across the street.
This has been at least the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel for a business conference. It is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful (with exception of the person working the desk the evening I checked in.) the continental breakfast is hardly continental - there are a lot of choices - the most in any hotel I have stayed. Wish I more time to partake in what they offered. I chose this hotel for the work out room. It is adequately maintained and there is a decent amount of equipment for what I need.

Nice, clean and comfortable close to shopping!

Very satisfied, this hotel is very clean and has very comfortable beds. The breakfast is also included and very tasty. The shuttle to Easton mall is great.

Disappointing service

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff training and attitude.
Wait to check-in while staff stand around. Refreshmen area out of supplies; staff says, again? Does nothing. No printed bill available. Staff says too busy, will email one. Not yet.

Close to shopping, easy access of highway

Cons: Housekeeping woke us up in the morning trying to get in- they could wait until we check out to try to clean the room
Location: Shopping and we went to see the Columbus Crew game
Nice staff, great breakfast, nice touch with cookies in the afternoon

Location: Easton Shopping area should be on everyone's to-do list
This was our second stay. We had a great experience both times. Clean rooms and good service.

Convenient.

Easy access to the places we needed to go. Staff exceptionately friendly and helpful. Great workout area and pool. Nice variety of breakfast food.

Family weekend getaway

We had a king suite. Very spacious. Bedspread had stains. I called the front desk and the bedspread was changed without difficulty. Room temperature was hard to adjust. It was very hot outside and room was a bit muggy. We kept turning air conditioning down but still muggy. Swimming pool was small but adequate. We did not eat the free breakfast. The line was long and there was nowhere to sit. They were out of regular coffee so we left. Overall we were happy with the hotel for a quick family shopping trip and we would atay here again.

Nice stay

Overall it is a nice place to stay near Easton. We had to wait a while to check in, room not ready at 3:45. Didn't tell us shuttle bus quit at 10pm, had to walk back to hotel.
