Free airport Schuttle must be arranged 24hrs in

Pros: Some stafff nice tried to clean up.
Cons: The rooms.
Location: Must have a car.
Paid 21 dollars to hotel because airport Schuttle must be arranged 24 hrs in advance. No one told me. Room smell of smoke. Room to cold New termastat took 2nd day to adjust. Could not take breakfast to my room for my sick husband to eat. Room never clean even after been out a full day. Had to ask for clean towels. Kitchen no pots. Toster not working. Microvave noisie. Bath tub dirty ring around the tub.

The room smelled like smoke. I reserved suite that should have had 3 televisions. I walked around to 3 different suites, none had the 3rd television. Per manager guests steal televisions. Room was not properly cleaned. There was black ring around bathtub. Pulled out sofa bed and found that mattress was not supported. We had to prop up mattress with couch pillows. There was no dish detergent to clean dishes. After 2 showers the hot water ran out. I had to heat up water in microwave for kids to wash up. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was pleased. Very disappointed with this visit

No airport shuttle unless you give them 24 hour advance notice. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though their website advertises "100% smoke free". Cobwebs between the wall and ceiling, and everything was just generally dirty and run down. There were only two thin, cheap bath towels, one hand towel, and two wash cloths. The hair dryer did not work, and when I tried to use the room phone to get a replacement I discovered that the phone did not work. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Hotel from hell

The room was dirty. The dishes and glasses in the cupboard were dirty (free finger prints on glass wear). They NEVER cleaned out room. We had to ask got coffee which they reluctantly brought. The free WiFi was non existent. Tech support couldn't help and the front desk was rude. To top the experience off. There was a shooting. Immediately outside our room and the staff didn't seemed concerned in the least. Perhaps they consider all of this normal. I don't. It was singularly the worst hotel stay of my life and I've travelled all over the world so that's quite a stretch. If you go to Columbus, book elsewhere!

Location: It's straight up GHETTO
I booked this place late one night on an emergency trip to Columbus. I did get upgraded to a two room suite because my room wasn't available. When I walked in the room was dirty, holes in the wall and a TV was missing. I could not find trash can in the whole place! Breakfast was horrible - I wouldn't even eat it (and I will eat just about anything!)

Very Disappointing

Pros: The breakfast in the morning was good.
We stayed here before, about 2 years ago, but the hotel has become very worn down, room wasn't clean, smoke smell in 1st room, 2nd room had a smoke smell also, and the area where the hotel is located is not family friendly if you know what I mean.

Get what you pay for?

Room was smelly and not as clean as you would hope. Quite a few room repairs, and none done very well. Staff was nice. I didn't try the breakfast.
