Not What We ExpectedPosted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: The room had a nice flat screen TV with a sharp picture. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine.
Cons: The facilities need major updating.
The wifi was not working...very disappointing! The bathroom had no cups. Some of the wallpaper was pulling away from the wall. The bathroom door was repaired using duct tape. It took both hands to pull out the shower knob in order to start the water for a shower. The water drained very slowly from both the bathroom sink and the bathtub. There was a pullout couch in front of the TV but there was no light nearby for reading. The two sheets for making up the pullout couch turned out both to be bottom fitted sheets. One of the two lights above the breakfast bar was out. There is no maid service over the weekend. The printed material listing the TV channels did not exactly correspond to the actual channels on the TV. The walls and floors are very thin and we could hear people outside as well as the people in the rooms above us talking into the wee hours of the morning. Obviously, management has not spent any money maintaining or updating the facilities. It definitely was not worth what we paid.

Run down and dirty! We didn't even stay! The only thing that was good is that the employee understood why we were leaving

Price is great. Staff not.Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: The appliances in the room. The breakfast bar is outstanding
Cons: Change rules on extra amenities needed.
Location: Close to Ohio State
First room they gave us had a very stale tobacco odor. They switched us. We asked for an extra pillow. They said no. We asked for an extra blanket. They said no. We asked for the manager, he agreed. They only wash sheets every 5 days.

We used that hotel because on line the pictures were very nice, but when we got there it was disgusting. Carpeting was ripped. The floors where dirty and disgusting. The floor to go up stairs for breakfast was also DISGUSTING. The lady serving the breakfast was great and friendly, but she needs help. She did not have time to wipe off the tables we had to do it ourselves. We also went by the Wyndham name. I will never make that mistake again. The outside grounds were horrible. The building is very run done. If you are going to put your name on a hotel a big name that you have you better be looking at all your hotels. You keep your name on something that disgusting you will not be in business for much longer. You ask alot per night we except to have something nice and clean. Everything nook and crannie needs to be looked at. PILLOWS GROSS

Economical hotelPosted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: The outdoor area of the hotel was very nice. Room was large.
Cons: Furniture needs to be replaced.
Location: Very close to a quaint area of High St. with multiple places to eat. The Historical Society runs a museum. The Worthington Library is wonderful
This hotel is older and needs to refurbished. Our room was clean except for the sofa bed. It was very old, dirty, and dilapidated. We wouldn't use it as a bed or sit on it. However, the rest of the room was clean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating. There are full size appliances in the rooms which was a plus. The room was large and roomy. The area is not what it used to be several years ago, but it is still a nice area with many places to eat within walking distance. It is very close to High St. which has a lot to offer. If you're looking for a five star place then this is not the place for you. It has a nice pool, but the hot tub is not working, and the pool furniture needs replaced. The breakfast area is extremely hot. It is not a pleasant atmosphere in which to eat. It needs to be air conditioned. The place served it's for purpose for what we needed, and the price was great (we booked through a third party). We would stay again for the price we paid.

Could be a great hotel if fixed upPosted Jul 8, 2015
There were alot of stuff out if order or broke. The room was dirty and needed updated. The breakfast area is way to small and they were out of alot of condiments and some breakfast items. Hiwever, the staff was very friendly and it's close to restaurants and stores.
