Nice staff worn rooms

Pros: The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable.
Cons: My room was in need of repair.
My room had a broken safe, a broken smoke detector, and a broken coffee pot. Ice was not available on the floor. The window screen was badly bent so that if you opened the window bugs could get in. I had no do not disturb sign for the door.

This is one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The beds and blankets were so comfortable. the suite was so big.

Cons: Inform your staff whart is going on!
Location: We enjoyed the shops and movies, went to cosi
find it under construction, even after I called prior to our stay to make sure it was open. Very upset as we had kids who juast wanted to swim. I had called and talked to yiour staff and they said it was open! We enjoyed the rooms etc. but very upset about the pool.

Hotel and staff were great. The one bad spot was the pool. Only upon arrival were we informed that the pool was closed for renovations. This type of information should be given out when the reservations are being made not when you show up!!

Cons: Your staff and your rooms need updated and CLEANED!!!!
When I booked this hotel I specifically wanted a hotel with an indoor swimming pool and I asked for a non-smoking room and still have my confirmation that states that. Much to my surprise we received a horrible, smelly dirty room and the pool was closed for repairs until Monday. We had 3 young boys with us who were very upset. If you knew your pool was closed you should've had something stating that on your website. Would not recommend at all.

Pros: Room was great.
Cons: New carpets in the hallway and elevator.
Location: Easy access to I 270 and I 70. LDS temple within 10 minutes
We liked the hotel room, but the elevator reeked of smoke and were dirty. The hallway carpets were very stained and smelled musty. Breakfast was great,

Cons: Upgrade infrastructure & furniture...clean carpets!
We have stayed at this particular hotel on 3 to 4 different occasions the past 12 years. Our first couple of stays were great. But this time like I said in the title the hotel has seen better days...the couch was broken, the towel rack in the bathroom was barely hanging from the wall...from the moment we walked into the room there was a foul smell...on three of the nights we were there there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room...which caused us to use towels to block the openings on the doors! It wasn't all bad...the beds were comfortable...we enjoyed the space, the location & the breakfast was good! With some improvements this hotel could be returned to its formal glory!!
