We are very happy with the location of the hotel.

Pros: The location , the facilities and the decor are all good.
Cons: The cleaning staff need to have better supervision, as some areas should be monitored on a regular basis.
Location: This hotel is the perfect location for shopping at Easton Town Center.
The locations is perfect and the hotel facilities are very good. However, it appears they are not paying attention to the cleanliness of the general areas and parts of the rooms. This was our second stay at this hotel and we found it to be excellent the first time, but more attention needs to be paid to the overall cleanliness of the rooms and the entrance. Restaurant is very good; especially the sushi buffet on the all you can eat seafood dinner.

We came for a wedding. Staff were friendly and helpful. The venue was beautiful. Everything was very nice. The rooms were well appointed and clean. For the price, I thought carpets could have been in better condition, but other than that, it was great. It was quiet in the hallways. We were able to sleep without being disturbed. Would recommend this hotel as a venue or just a great place to stay.

Very nice place to stay in Columbus

Cons: The mattresses were a tiny bit soft and the comforters a bit too warm.
Location: Easton Town Square is immediately adjacent to the hotel, and there is more shopping and eating there than one can shake a stick at!
My wife and I came here for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. The staff was outstandingly polite and helpful, the room spotless, and the hot tub splendid.

Good staff terrible policies

Had an update overall good experience. Desk staff and concierge were excellent. But ridiculous wifi charges of $10.00 per day per device at a bidiness class hotel was ridiculous. You can get free WiFi at McDonalds. Staff removed the charge. Still why put customers through the hassle?

Pros: location and cleanliness
Cons: update decor...
Location: Easton town shopping area within walking distances with great shopping and restuarants. well worth the price for the location
hotel is very well maintained and staff is friendly and courteous. Decor is a little dated but location close to shopping and restaurants cannot be beat.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, for the price, it was not at all worth it. The room was no better than a room for half the price. Also, kids running up and down the hallways until 1 am was annoying. The location seems to be what we paid for, but I will stay elsewhere on my next trip

Easton's best

My sister and I live a couple states apart and met at the Hilton@ Easton for a relaxing weekend to catch up. The hotel is beautiful, room was clean and spacious. There was a lot missing that you would normally find at other hotels, there was no complementary coffee or happy hour snacks. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. The bath tubs are normal sized. The grand lobby is very nice with lots of cozy sitting areas and a piano player. There is a coffee shop and a bar. The pool and hot tub is very small and was over run by kids. Yes, this seems to be a family hot spot so if you are looking for an intimate weekend or a quiet get away this is not the place. It is great for groups and families for sure. There are many nice restaurants nearby, we chose the melting pot. Don't forgot to stop by Lush and buy some homemade cosemetics -- yes they are edible. The room I stayed in is normally $280 a night but I booked it on Expedia for $149. A great deal, considering. I will not return to this hotel again but will try a hotel down town in hopes of finding a place less family oriented. Happy travels!
