The Hotel was nice, but I needed the internet for business and they charged a considerable amount for faster Wifi. There was "included" basic Wifi, but it only intermittently worked. When I called for help, they said someone would be up. I waited 45 minutes and no one came. The next day, it worked, but was slow. The morning I was to leave, it quit again. Totally unacceptable for a premium hotel in this day and age. They really seemed to be trying to drive you to pay 15 bucks a day for the internet.

2 night stay for birthday shopping trip in Easton

Two night stay for a birthday shopping trip in Easton. Lobby very nice. I booked through Hotels.com and the hotel had no record of it at all. I looked it up on my hotels.com account and showed the girl at the front desk and she promptly took care of everything. Our room was very nice. Clean. Nice view. Bed was extremely comfortable. First night there were 3 or 4 extremely noisy teenagers yelling in the hallway. After about 20 minutes of this, I called the front desk and it was taken care of promptly and we had no noise issues the rest of our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Convenient but sleepless

Great location at Easton. Plenty of free parking. Easy access to freeways. Clean rooms and bathrooms and friendly staff who greet you as you leave the hotel for the day. But the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Did not get a single night of restful sleep in the 4 nights we were there. Also, the gap under the door was almost 2 inches high, so all the noise from the hallway came through very loudly and clearly. Another reason for not getting sleep. The TV regularly lost reception in the middle of a program or movie. *sigh* I guess I just expected a better stay from a Hilton hotel. When we checked out, no hotel staff asked how our stay was. Maybe they knew what our response would be and didn't want to deal with it!

Great Always stay here when in Columbus. Love the facility and location. Won't stay anywhere else

Nice hotel close to shopping and plenty of dining

Pros: Convenience, easy to find, check in was a breeze
Cons: Nothing other than updating
Location: Easton Mall, restaurants galore
Nice hotel, rooms were a little dated but looks like they'll be remodeling soon. Didn't do anything but sleep so can't rate restaurant
