Great location, one shady staff member.Posted Nov 3, 2014
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel overall. The room was perfect with very modern features that were very appealing as well as properly cleaned. The view from the hotel was very nice and also provided the right amount of privacy. The complaint that I have regards only one member of the hotel staff that worked at the reception desk. The hotel did not provide information that they charge their guests for parking $20.00 per day based in how many days they stay. The receptionist upon check-out began charging my account for the parking and I found out they charged my card four times. I received a notification from my bank that there were multiple charges made, which is how I found out that I was being charged. I told the receptionist that I was not going to allow her to charge the particular card that was on file and she have a horrible attitude. I reported her for the misconduct to the manager. Aside from the unfortunate experience with the shifty staff member and the expensive parking, I would still recommend this hotel because every other staff member was pleasant and very well accommodating. This hotel is the perfect location of downtown Columbus and is connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center which makes it perfect for conferences and other events. I will be staying at this location again and hopefully not have to be in contact with the shifty staff member.

Forgotten ServicePosted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: The location to the convention center
Cons: New chairs in the rooms and improved guest ordering for food service.
Location: Martini Restaurant- Don't waste your time. Gross.
Brought one of two meals for room service. No wine cooler with service and had to open ourselves. Garage is next door and a maze to get around. Suite room chairs are uncomfortable. Saturday evening the place was as loud as a bar due to the design of the interior.
