“Great new hotel, friendly staff, one drawback”

The Hotel is new and it was amazing overall, with great amenities, clean and modern. The Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. Specifically, Diana was amazing in assisting me with everything I needed. There was one major drawback though. The rooms are NOT soundproof at all. You can hear pretty much everything that is going on around you from outside the door. Just to give you an example, every time the cleaning lady opened a door of a room close to mine, I thought as if she was opening my own door. every single word spoken in the hallway outside the room was clearly heard. Other than that, which I find it to be a major drawback for someone who wants privacy and/ or quiet, the hotel is amazing.

“Amazing Getaway”

Our hotel stay was absolutely amazing. We live in the area and just wanted a nice night away with a view of the city, and we got that and so much very more. The staff was incredible and there anytime you needed them. And not just that, but this hotel had the most inviting environment and staff I have ever seen. The hotel was gorgeous and so clean. I don't think words can explain how great everything was and how much we enjoyed it. I have been telling all of our family and friends they need to stay here, and we will be back again very, very soon for another stay!

“Terrfic choice for business OR a family”

I am a practiced business traveler, but this trip was with my 8 year old daughter. We both had a terrific experience. Overall, the hotel seems quite new and is designed and decorated in a modern style. The room was very comfortable. Small but thoughtfully laid out and scrupulously clean. Good bed and linens. Quiet. If I had been there on business and needed to concentrate I would have been happy, too. We had several meals at the restaurant, breakfasts and dinners. The entrees are expensive ($28-$35) and in spots a bit odd (pretzel-crusted fish?) but there were also mussels for $18 which were quite good. There is a big, modern fitness room, which we did not use, and a nice pool, which we did. The pool has windows onto the street and is thus a lovely, light, airy room. As a final bonus, the whole place seemed cozy, manageable, and welcoming. I felt perfectly comfortable letting my daughter navigate from the lounge/bar/restaurant to the room, down to the gift shop, etc, by herself.
