“Frequent visitor”

“Surprisingly nice!!”

Booked this hotel and I was extremely satisfied! Very clean, personnel were all very friendly. I believe check in is at 3pm and Expedia confirmation states that a late check in is guaranteed. I called the hotel just to be sure and they stated my room would be held until the next morning no problem. I did not arrive until after midnight. Had no problems what so ever! Not a thing to complain about! Would definitely stay at another Hilton Garden Inn!!

“THE HILTON MADE US CHANGE OUR OWN SHEETS”

This hotel and its staff are disgusting. I arrived on a 1:00am flight and got to the hotel around 2:00am. I was with my mother-in-law. We immediately changed our clothes for bed, when my mother-in-law discovered a huge disgusting stain on her bedsheets. We called the front desk for new sheets. Someone arrived at the room with new sheets, but refused to change the bed. This person also refused to take away the filthy old sheets. After struggling with their weird sheets, we called the front desk again. The same person arrived and reiterated that the Hilton would NOT change our sheets for us. I would not recommend this disgusting hotel to ANYONE. Unless you love changing your own dirty sheets at a hotel, then this is the perfect place for you.

“Good for a crowded town”

I would have preferred a hotel closer to downtown, but the town was packed. The people at the Hilton were nice, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was yummy.

“Sets High Bar for Excellent Customer Service”

Too often customer service is at the bottom of the list. That was not the case here. The extremely friendly, attentive, patient and, above all, helpful staff of this hotel made a challenging trip with two toddlers much less stressful than it would otherwise have been. It's nice when a staff member or two go out of their way to be helpful to parents traveling with kids. It's wonderful when the entire staff does it. Everyone from reception to the kitchen were on the same page when it came to exceedingly good customer service. It doesn't take much but not many hotel staffs are so uniformly helpful. I have never provided an online review of a hotel before, which should give you an idea of how impressive the team at this hotel was during our stay and, sadly, how unimpressive so many others are.

“" Not What I Expected"”

Sheets had stains and hair in them, which grossed me out. The room was dusty and there were stray hairs in the bathroom, which also grossed me out!

“Comfort by the Airport”

I overall liked my stay at the hotel. I think the breakfast was confusing about what you pay for and what is free. Plus the workers didn't really help me either. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
