“Highly Reccomend”

This hotel should set the standard for all hotels. It was clean, welcoming & relaxing. Much better than the resort we had just returned from in San Diego. My only "complaint" would be that the bathroom door was too close to the room's main door. The room door couldn't be opened to enter if the bathroom door was open (there was no in between either opened or closed). However, that was very minor. Overall a GREAT place to stay!

“Very Comfortable With No Problems”

The Hilton staff facilitated my catching a 6am flight through the use of the hotel's bus service and the parking of my car at the hotel for a nominal fee. This plus a very comfortable room allowed me to relax during my short stay. I will definitely continue to use this hotel for future lodging at the airport.

“Good Hotel”

When I arrived at the hotel, I was expecting something decrepit with shoddy service (per the previous reviews). What I found was totally opposite. The hotel seemed almost new. The noise from departing aircraft was quite low, I believe almost comparable to street traffic. I live next to a highway, so I should know. If you want a nice place to stay, I would recommend this place. Also, they allow you to keep your car in their lot (1 night's stay = 5 nights in the lot).

“Comfortable and clean”

“Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Airport”

We checked in after 2am and left by 9am so it wasn't a long stay but was perfect for what we needed - just a good nights rest. My favorite feature by far was the bed - you can adjust the firmness on both sides! There is a dial on each side up by the head, you just turn it to your comfort. After adjusting to my comfort level (fairly firm), I slept like a baby.

“Great Service and Great Value”

Very conveniently located close to the airport and yet within 10 minutes from downtown Columbus, this hotel is clean, and the staff are very attentive and provide great service. Also hosts a sumptuous breakfast bar. Will definitely recommend.

“Sets High Bar for Excellent Customer Service”

Too often customer service is at the bottom of the list. That was not the case here. The extremely friendly, attentive, patient and, above all, helpful staff of this hotel made a challenging trip with two toddlers much less stressful than it would otherwise have been. It's nice when a staff member or two go out of their way to be helpful to parents traveling with kids. It's wonderful when the entire staff does it. Everyone from reception to the kitchen were on the same page when it came to exceedingly good customer service. It doesn't take much but not many hotel staffs are so uniformly helpful. I have never provided an online review of a hotel before, which should give you an idea of how impressive the team at this hotel was during our stay and, sadly, how unimpressive so many others are.
