In town for Rock On The Range!Posted May 19, 2015
The room was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The King bed was a little hard, and not very sound proof as I could hear others walking around in room above me.

Very convenient location to Port Columbus airport.Posted May 17, 2015
Our resevation was for a non-smoking room with king bed, but we got a smoking room with two double beds. We were not allowed a move to the right type of room and no discount for the screw up.

Close to OSU for graduationPosted May 17, 2015
Enjoyed our stay - clean, friendly and courteous staff, and comfortable accomodations. Easy to get back and forth from the hotel to our son's off campus apartment and to the University.

Nice but needs workPosted May 14, 2015
The hotel is nice in appearance but the staff is a little slow. The rooms are clean but the bed and pillows are old and uncomfortable. The resturant food is good but also slow in food preporation. Over all not a bad place to stay for a night or two super close to the airport with easy access.

good hotelPosted May 12, 2015
Pros: Staff, layout. rooms.
Cons: A free continental breakfast.
Location: There is nothing to do nearby except go to the airport. No restaurants or shopping nearby.
Pleasant, nice room. Comfortable bed. No continental breakfast! That was a disappointment..

Great hotel, awful expedia experience.Posted Apr 28, 2015
The staff was great and assisted us in getting a room when expedia neglected to book our reservation. We almost had to turn around and go home when the hotel staff helped us out.

Consistently clean hotel close to airport&cityPosted Mar 12, 2015
We've stayed in this hotel 2 years in a row. It's always clean and the staff is the friendliest I've met at any hotel yet, especially for how busy it is when we go. The hotel always has shuttles for the airport or events which is super convenient. There are just a couple downsides here like the breakfast buffet is not free, but the made to order omelets are so tasty it's worth it. Also, the pillows are pretty flat and uncomfortable and the room takes a little while to heat up, but we still love it here!

Very Nice hotelPosted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: breakfast and very clean.
Cons: bathroom doors stay open maybe??
This was a great Hotel. Didn't hear any noise from the planes..if we did it was very light. the room was good, except the bathroom door shuts and you can't keep it open. The breakfast was fantasic. Would stay here again.

Any Port in a StormPosted Feb 18, 2015 on Hotels
My daughter and I stayed here when our flight was canceled. The primary appeal was a decent rate and the availability of a 24-Hour shuttle. The property is one of three that are located together, about five-minutes from baggage claim and on the fringe of the airport. We didn't expect much, but found the property to be in good condition, clean, and to have comfortable rooms. We did not have a car, so the only "local attraction" that we could check out was the McDonald's located directly across the street. We would stay there again if we were stranded or if we were in town for a one-day meeting and wanted something very close to the airport.
