Great hotel - and I'm extremely picky

Pros: Staff, cleanliness, food options.
Cons: Room service should be added for breakfast.
Location: It's near the airport and about a 20 minute drive to Easton shopping center which has everything for shopping/food/entertainment.
Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us welcome - they took care of any concern promptly. Bed sheets were bleached white as they should be - not dingy as seen at some 3 star hotels. Bathtub looked bleached clean enough to soak in for bath, and the bathroom was clean in general. Hotel in general is updated - nice lobby, etc., nice sitting area with hot tea and coffee, nice bar. Breakfast was awesome with egg white and spinach omelettes at decent price. Complimentary wifi. No issue with noise or anything else.

It was extremely noisy, between the kids running in the hall and the airplanes (felt like we were on the runway), there would be no sleep for us. We got in the car and drove 3 hours back home at 11:00pm. It was a huge waste of $133.00!!!

Cons: Some of the rooms were being "redone" and we were moved because of the smell of paint (?) or carpet (?)…very friendly about it.
Ashley and the staff helped us tremendously with a very difficult travel time for our family. Thanks to the staff of Hilton at Columbus Airport! You are the best!

Near Easton and OSU

Pros: Clean!
Cons: All of us (2 separate rooms) kept walking into the corners of the bed frames...ouch!
Location: Close to airport, OSU, Easton
Very nice hotel. Even though it's next to the airport, we heard very little flight traffic. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice lobby.

Happy with stay

The hotel staff was great. They responded promptly and politely to all our requests. We had a newly remodeled room, and it was in excellent condition. The only drawbacks to our stay are that the hotel is under construction and it is extremely close to the airport. Therefore, the noise of the planes can keep you awake if you are a light sleeper.

Good and Bad

Location: Easton Mall - WOW - I wish I had more time to spend there but we pretty much just hit the American Girl Store.
The room was updated, clean, and very roomy. Carpet pattern didn't compliment the room. Beds were comfortable. Pillows: I've head better. These seemed small and flattened quickly. I liked the empty fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker included in the room. There was a pair of slippers my child found under the bed which was a bit unsettling. The bathroom, however, was less than appealing. It looked updated but destroyed by guests. The floor tile was cracked, the tub wall was caved in but caulked, and the wall was cracked near the shower rod mount. The door was heavy and closed so we had to prop it open to help the steam escape as there is no exhaust fan. No exhaust is probably why the ceiling paint was peeling & puckering. Our room was a few doors down from the pool, exercise room, and alternative hotel access door. People traffic and noise were not noticed. Pool was small but not an issue for my 2 kids to enjoy it. Several trips to the pool over the 3 day weekend and we had the pool to ourselves each time. Towels conveniently available poolside. Felt like a much older room of the hotel but maintained well. The check in was welcoming and smooth. Check out couldn't have been easier. However, Saturday night, we went to the front desk to see if goggles were turned in and both men behind the counter seemed to be extremely annoyed and I felt I was an inconvenience. In the hotel, the airport noise was a non factor.

Nice hotel close to airport

Decent hotel for a good price. My check-in experience was not the greatest. The guy was not very friendly at all. Hotel was clean. The pool and spa were very clean. I only had one incident where the toilet wouldn't flush and the guy told me he would be up to fix it and no one ever came.
