Worse experience ever

It was the worse experience of our lifetime. The rooms were unavailable after a month of reservation. The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional or maybe racist (she mispronounced my mother's first name and said "whatever" ). I was charged before hand through hotels.com and then the hotel had the audacity to charge me again!!!!! The lady at the front desk didn't even attempt to make our stay a better one. It was a very unpleasant arrival at the hotel.

Fabulous! Everything is good. Large and cozy room. Delicious breakfast. Very close to Riverwalk.

Nice overall

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were nice and quiet. The only negatives were the quality of the breakfast was not good. The food didn't taste good and the water temperature was hard to control. It went from too cold to too hot.

Excellent Stay

Pros: Staff was extremely helpful--friendly and fun to talk to. Location--easy access to the interstate. Rooms were comfortable.
Location: There were a few historical things to do in the town of Columbus. A nice base point if traveling between cities.
Perfect location for our needs. Centrally located to visit the towns on our itinerary. Clean entrance, courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms ( they give you 4 pillows ! ). The friendly staff were full of helpful hints on directions, food recommendations, things to do around town. They always greeted us on arrival at the end of the day.

Front desk responded promptly to television problem and fixed it. Room was a bit run down but not terrible. A decent choice for a stay in the area. Breakfast area a bit small but fairly good food choices.

Hotel near daughter's wedding

Pros: The hotel front desk employees were very friendly .I needed to check in a little early for our daughters wedding and they were very helpful.
Location: easy access on & off Hwy. 10 and Hwy 71
The stay was pleasant . But we had one funny incident. The bathroom door handle had gotten stuck and my adult son was in there. The hotel front desk employee tried to open the door but no luck then he called the maintenance guy and he rammed the door with his whole body and loosened the handle and it opened.
