Safe, clean, and new

Pros: It is quiet and safe.
Cons: I would like Holiday Inn to serve bacon at their breakfast. This has always been a pet peeve of mine.
Location: Plenty of restaurants by heading west on Polaris over the interstate.
Everything was fine about this hotel. Felt very new. Room comfortable. I liked the work out room. The breakfast was good. Many restaurants to choose from if you drive over the interstate heading west on Polaris parkway.

Great for a family trip

Pros: Facilities, staff, location, everything. Great value.
Cons: None.
Location: Polaris Fashion, great dining, close to major highways.
The facilities are nice. Plenty of options for breakfast. The pool was a great peek with small children. Not a single negative thing to say.

Decent place to stay, but over priced

The condition of the hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The pool was also fun for my son. The beds were hard and the breakfast wasn't great even though we had high hopes for the pancake machine. Muffins were dry as well. We would probably stay at a different hotel that would be half-priced and still have a pool in the area next time. Chose this one because it had high reviews, but wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped.

Two-day training session in Columbus

Pros: Room was very clean and extremely comfortable
Cons: Nothing really.
Location: Polaris Mall and tons of good restaurants.
Wanted to try a different place than I have in the past for two days of recertification training in Columbus and was told about this hotel. Outstanding! Bed and pillows comfortable, nice staff, good breakfast, and close to all things Polaris.

Modern and comfy

First the bad: the check in took a little longer than anticipated and I think it may have been due to training a new front desk clerk. There were a gaggle of teenage girls in the lobby completely embarrassing the poor kid behind the desk trying to train the other check in person. Now the good: The room was clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and it was surprisingly awesome for the price. The breakfast bar was well stocked and very accommodating. Excellent over all.

We visit Columbus once or twice a year, and this will be our hotel from now on. The combination pool-slide-play area was a huge hit with our son and nephew, and the hot tub was a nice amenity for me and my wife. The suite was very clean and spacious. My only complaints are the breakfast (free, but not tasty) and the pillows (too thick and uncomfortable).

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in an Executive Suite and have no complaints. Room was phenomenal. Complimentary Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. Business trip was successful.
